Read the passage and choose the best answers.
Yes, I think so. Being a team player is a necessary part of life. Whether it is just within your family, on a sports team or at work, there are few jobs we can do all by ourselves. Er. . . It goes with a saying that teamwork plays an important role in our company's development. In my opinion, team means together everyone achieves more. No one can be the best at everything. When all of us combine our talents, we can be the best.
Well, in fact, good team players share the following qualities. They are happy and optimistic(乐观的). They celebrate the success and learn from the failure. They are helpful and generous(慷慨的). They are easy-going and try tohelp other teammates. What's more, they're cooperative, not competitive. Good team players prefer to cooperate rather than compete with their teammates.
To make the team work best, it is important to recognize the team members' strengths and weaknesses. And then we can find the roles that fit them well. Things like this can be found almost everywhere. For example, in a soccer team, every player, however skilled he is, has to cooperate with his team members tow in the games, because every member of the team has his role. Team works best when there's a balance of different roles. To achieve the best balance, there should be a leader to help everyone focus o n their tasks, a thinker to offer ideas and ways, a monitor to make decisions based on facts, an expert to solve many problems, and one or more doers or finishers to get things done.
There's a saying goes, " ▲ "

School itself wasn't my enemy. The enemy was in the crowds of kids who didn't care about me, the teachers with too many students to pay attention to me, and the students who left me to play alone on the playground. I was alone.
At the end of this year in a health class, we played a game where we taped pieces of paper onto our backs and ran around the room, writing something nice about each person in the class on the paper. When we were done, I looked at what people had said about me: "Smart" and "Nice". From then on, when I met people who would pass me by, I would often want to tell them how nice I am.
My dad once told me, "What other people do or say about you tells you more about them than yourself." I would repeat that to my friends who came to me for comfort. I hoped it comforted them the way it did with me.
The more I thought about my dad's words, the more I realized what he meant. The kids at school might call me ugly. They might ignore me, but their words and actions didn't make me into someone I was not. Instead of feeling sorry for myself or being angry at them, I could choose to forgive (原谅) them. I knew that being unkind was their way of making themselves feel better. I knew that they wounded me as a result of their own pain. Even though loving my enemy was hard, it was the right thing to do.

And if you do buy new toys, try to buy toys made from wood and other eco-friendly materials.
