学情分析
【语言能力】 初一学生对运动话题十分熟悉,也很感兴趣。但他们缺少语言储备去讨论更多关于运动的方面,如:运动的乐趣、好处、运动精神,需要教师通过文本输入等方式提供语言知识。 【文化意识】 初一学生已经参加过运动会等体育活动,对运动精神有基本的认知。但对中外运动文化差异了解甚少,缺少运动起源的相关背景知识。 【思维品质】 初一学生能够读图获取事实信息,但不同学生的迁移和共情能力不同,学生的自我表达能力也存在很大差异。部分学生还无法用英语顺利地讨论自己的感受。 【学习能力】 学生能通过听力活动获取基本信息,推理能力水平不一,个别学生无法通过上下文语境推测生词含义。
课程内容分析(课标解读/教材分析/支持性材料)
What The discourse include pictures about different sports and a listening material about the origin of some sports. Why The pictures show some sports in daily life to activate students background knowledge. The listening material leads students to think about the origin of sports to raise their interests. How The discourse one is some pictures show sports are common and everywhere. It can remind students of sports around them and help them to talk about it. The discourse two is a listening material. It talks about the origins of different sports in different countries. By comparing, students learn more aspects of sports and think further.

学习活动 Free talk 学生观看视频,回答问题: 1. 过程诊断
教师根据学生的回答,判断学生观看视频时获得的信息和他们对该话题的了解程度。通过学生对话题的讨论,评估学生对体育活动的喜好和感受。

学习活动 The big picture of Unit 2 学生带着问题:What are you going to learn in this unit 通读导读文字,梳理单元子话题。 教学活动 The big picture of Unit 2 教师带学生通读导读文字,板书enjoyment of sports, health benefits of sports, spirit of sports.
过程诊断 教师根据学生的反应,评估学生对该话题的兴趣浓度,通过自由问答,判断学生对该话题的了解程度和知识储备。
