Have you ever wondered what animals are talking about With the development of AI, we may be able to understand their languages!
In Professor Karen Bakker's new book,The Sounds of Life: How Digital Technology Is Bringing Us Closer to the Worlds of Animals and Plants, she talks about how AI is helping us to make an animal version of Google Translate.
All around the animal kingdom, there are sounds that we can hardly pick up or translate. Elephants, for example, talk with each other using the infrasonic sound(次声波)—far below our human hearing range. Corals in the ocean also send sound waves to attract baby corals to safer areas to grow. This is surprising as corals don't have any ears! Scientists have placed listening equipment into these environments to pick up the sounds humans cannot hear.
After the sounds are recorded, AI can study their meanings. For example, researchers used AI to translate bats' 15, 000 calls. They found over 60 percent were arguments about 4 things: food, sleep positions, invasion(侵入)of personal space, and unwanted advances.
This technology can not only understand the animals but also communicate back with them. For example,__▲__. In a study, scientists put its language AI system into a robot so that the robot could create a dance routine to tell other bees where the food was.
66. What is Karen Bakker's new book mainly about
A.How AI creates an animal and plant kingdom.
B.Why AI is used to research plants and animals.
C.How AI helps understand animals' languages.
D.Why AI makes a big difference to human beings.
67. What do corals use to communicate with each other according to Para. 3
A.Sound waves.
B.The infrasonic sound.
C.Body language.
D.Special smells.
68. How does the author prove AI can know the meanings of the sounds in Para. 4
A.By giving examples.
B.By drawing mind maps.
C.By raising questions.
D.By making comparisons.
69. Which can be the best to fill in the blank __▲__ in the last paragraph
A.bees are busy with their work
B.bees are good at looking for food
C.bees like flying among flowers
D.bees use dances to talk with others

Don't stay in high places and stay away from trees.
When there is a fire:
Get away as fast as you can.Put wet things on your body and try to find an exit.Do not take the lift.
If someone is drowning(溺水):

Mr. Green had a son with bad habits. One day, he took his son to a wise old man to ask for help.
The wise man took the boy for a walk through a garden. Stopping suddenly, he asked the boy to pull out a small plant growing there. The boy held the plant between his thumb (拇指) and forefinger and pulled it out. The old man then asked him to pull out another bigger plant. The boy pulled hard and the plant came out, roots and all.
“Now pull out that one,” said the old man, pointing to a bush. At last, the boy tried his best and pulled it out.
“Now take this one out,” said the old man, pointing to an apple tree. The boy held the tree and tried to pull it out. But it would not move. “It's impossible to pull it out,” said the boy.
“It is also the same with bad habits,”said the old man. “When they are young, it is easy to pull them out. But when they grow bigger, they cannot be pulled out easily.”

Dear Linda,
I'm glad to tell you all about my school's actions about students' safety.
Campus safety is so important to our development that our school has taken a series of measures. First, lectures, presentations and exhibitions are held to make us realize the importance of self protection. Second, various drills are carried out, so we can learn how to stay safe through real practice. Third, our teachers teach us to pay attention to network security when we are surfing the Internet because there is so much untrue information on the Internet.
In a word, safety always comes first. We should try our best to protect ourselves.
That's all. With my best wishes!
Yours,
Li Hua
