(1)当主句的谓语动词是think, believe, hope, hear, wish, remember, forget, know, say等时,其后常接that引导的宾语从句。
He tells me (that) he was born in 2010.
I knew (that) they were learning English.
My teacher said (that) light travels faster than sound.
We know that that is an important meeting.
It says here, in the newspaper, that English is getting more and more important.
I think that if you have lost the library book, you must pay for it.
He said (that) you were too young to understand the matter and that he was asked not to tell you.
I can’t tell him that his grandmother died.
1. I will be a doctor. I hope.
I hope that I will be a doctor.
2. Beijing is the capital of China. He told me.
