a.介词to在这里表示“与……一致”“和着……”,相当于along with,后面多与music或song搭配。如:
I like the music, but I can’t sing to.
b.介词to在表示“与……一致”“和着……”时,后面除了跟“音乐”外,还可以跟“规则”“品位”之类的名词作宾语。如:
We must drive to the traffic rules.我们开车必须遵守交通规则。
c.along with是个介词性词组,在用作“随着………”“和着……”时,相当于类似作用的介词to。如:
That is not the music that they dance along with.
2.在复合句中修饰名词或代词的从句叫定语从句
e.g. I like music that I can dance to. music 是先行词,that是关系代词
He is the man who I met yesterday. man是先行词,who是关系代词
RULES:人 (n.) + who/that + 从句 物 (n.) + that/which + 从句
关系代词who; that;的作用:
a. 做代词,代替先行词
b. 在从句中担任句子成分:主语或宾语
c. 做连词,把主句和从句连接起来
who / that/which 在定语从句中做主语时,谓语动词的单复数应与先行词保持一致

1.I prefer music that has great lyrics.
a.prefer是个及物动词,意思是“更喜欢……”。prefer所表达的是在两个可供挑选的项目中选其一。实际使用中,prefer多与介词to构成短语,表示“喜欢……胜过喜欢……”。to的前后可以为名词或动词-ing形式。如:

----He prefers apples to oranges.
b.在表达“喜欢……胜过……”的意思时,也可以使用“prefer+名词/动问不定式+rather than+名词/动词不定式”句型。如:
I prefer the life in the quiet countryside rather than that in the noisy city.
