Instructions做法
1.准备perpare西红柿和鸡蛋
2.打碎crack鸡蛋到一个碗bowl里并且搅拌stir
3.洗西红柿并且切cut成小块pieces
4.Heat the oil over a high heat,
5.倒pour...入蛋液egg liquid,当蛋液凝固,倒出来
6.Heat the oil over a high heat,翻炒stir- fry西红柿碎片
7.加盐,糖sugar
8.倒入炒鸡蛋并且和西红柿碎片翻炒
9.Season with spring onion
1.Prepare tomatoes and eggs.
2.Crack eggs into a bowl and stir well.
3.wash tomatoes and cut them into pieces
4.Heat the oil over a high heat.
5.Pour in egg liquid,when the eggs are scranbled, take them out.
6.Heat the oil over a high heat,stir- fry tomatoes pieces.
7.Add salt and sugar.
8.Pour fried eggs into the pan and stir-fry with tomatoes pieces.
9.Season with spring onion.
