Health is very important to us. So it is necessary to know the ways to keep healthy.
We should have a balanced diet. We should eat lots of fruit and vegetables. They are good for health. Don't eat too much. And we should exercise a lot every day to keep strong. Also, we should sleep for about 8 hours at night, and never work too hard. Remember, it's not good to stay up too late.

It is very important for us students to keep healthy. There are many ways to be healthy. we'd better eat more fruits and vegetables. Take exercise for at least one hour every day. 6. Sports Make Me Strong and Confident
Everybody, men or women, young or old, should have a good habit of doing sports. So should I, and so I do.
In the morning, I usually get up at 6:30 on time, and do morning exercise for half an hour. After breakfast, I ride or walk to school, which is also a kind of exercise. In the school, I take an active part in PE. Sometimes we play football and volley ball, sometimes we play basketball, table tennis or badminton. Football is my favourite sport. I also join in all the after-class activities. I have never been absent from them. In the evening, after supper, I often take a walk along the street near my house for an hour either with my parents or my friends.
I like sports, which makes me healthy, strong and full of energy. So I often get first prize in the school sports meeting. I will keep the good habit all my life.
