Have you been asked for money by some disabled beggars(乞丐) while you're enjoying shopping Do you
have any pity(怜悯)on them who are so poor and lonely or do you just feel afraid of their terrible shapes As
one of the special groups, disabled people’s living conditions(状况)—not only their material(物质的)
conditions, but also their mental(精神的) world—really need improvement.

Dear Jane,
How are you Last Sunday my classmates and I went to visit the sick
children in Children's Hospital. We took the bus there with a lot of toys.
When we got there, the children were very happy to see us. Then we gave
out toys. Some girls sang songs and danced to cheer them up. Some boys
played games with them happily. Others read funny stories and made them
laugh. All the kids were really happy. And we also got a strong feeling of
satisfaction from the volunteering.
I think it's our duty to help the sick children. We should do more
volunteering. Do you agree with me
Yours,
Jim
