The most unforgettable experience
Life is full of the unexpected. When it comes to the most unforgettable experience, I can clearly remember an event that happened last year.
At 7:50 pm on June 23rd, my parents were cleaning the kitchen and I was doing my homework. Suddenly we heard someone shouting "Fire". Dad
went to wet some towels as quickly as possible. Mom and I were so scared that we didn't know what to do. "It's no use being afraid. Cover your mouth and nose with the wet towel," Dad told us. After opening the door, I ran to the lift without hesitation, but Dad stopped me. He asked me to take the stairs instead of taking the lift. When we went downstairs, Dad called 119 to report the fire. He also helped others in the building to escape from the fire. Luckily, the firemen came soon and put out the fire in a short time.
This experience teaches me that it's important to learn about fire safety rules. With these skills, we can not only save ourselves, but also help others.
