(6)as to作“关于,至于”解。eg;

(1)neither conj. 也不 pron. 两者都不,neither用作代词,
表示“两者都不,双方均不”。eg.He answered neither of the letters.
他两封信都没回。
eg.—Which one would you like 你喜欢哪一个? —Neither. 两个都不喜欢。
(注意:)此时,与neither用法较为接近的词是none,但none的含义略有不同,
none表示“(三者以上)所有的……都不”。
eg. None of us are perfect. 人无完人。
eg. Neither of them knows English.
(2)neither用作连词,常用短语为neither...nor...,表示“既不……也不……”。
eg. he I well educated.他和我都没受过良好教育。 eg.I have time money. 我既没时间也没钱。
(提醒注意:)①neither和nor后面接同一词性的单词或短语。
②neither...nor...结构用作主语时,谓语动词必须与nor后面的名词或代词在
人称及数上 ,即所谓的 。
③在表示“既……也……”,即“两者都……”时,常用短语 ;
表示“或者……或者……”(即二者选一)时,常用短语 。
