在21世纪的今天,环境问题已经成为全球面临的重大挑战之一。环境污染、生态破坏、气候变化等问题日益严峻,对人类社会的可持续发展构成了严重威胁。保护环境,已经成为我们每一个人义不容辞的责任,势在必行。
大家都知道什么保护环境的方法?
公共交通 绿色出行
上下学时优先选择公共交通工具或骑车、步行等方式。
积极践行“135”出行方案,即坚持1公里内步行,3公里以内骑自行车,5公里乘坐公共交通工具的低碳出行方式。这样在锻炼身体的同时减少了城市汽车尾气的排放,同时也很好地避免了交通拥堵。
节水惜水 一水多用
无论是在学校还是家中,自觉做到爱水、惜水、节水。用完水后关紧水龙头,养成节约用水,不浪费的好习惯,提高日常生活用水的循环利用率,一水多用、循环利用。比如,洗菜的水可以用来浇花,洗衣服的水可以用来拖地,淘米的水可以用来洗碗等。
垃圾分类 引领风尚
许多同学购买了新文具,替换下来的旧文具在投放时一定要做好垃圾分类的功课。
铅笔、自动铅笔、自动铅芯圆珠笔、水性笔、水性笔芯、橡皮、透明胶带都属于其他垃圾;试卷、课本、习题册、笔记本、剪刀、美工刀、文件夹、笔袋、订书机、书包都属于可回收物。

珍惜能源 节约用电
生活照明尽量利用自然光,使用节能灯具、节能电器,做到随手关灯。尽量减少空调使用时间,无论在冬天还是夏天都要合理设置空调温度。尽量使用高效率、低能耗电器,出门离家时要及时关闭电源,减少待机耗电。用电脑学习时可以将屏幕调暗一点,既能省电又能保护视力。
节约粮食 践行“光盘”
要珍惜粮食,在学校、在家中用餐时吃多少盛多少。不随便丢弃剩菜剩饭,在外用餐不攀比,倡导“光盘”行动,做到“舌尖上的文明”;同时,减少使用餐巾纸、纸杯、一次性筷子、不可降解塑料袋等,真正做到绿色环保,勤俭节约。
珍惜纸张 守护一片绿
如今,每年全球纸张产、用量已达3.2亿吨,如果以每吨纸需砍伐4棵平均20年树龄的树木作原料的话,那么1年就有近13亿棵这样的大树从地球上消失。
纸与同学们的生活密切相关,更与环保紧密相连。我们要从自己做起、从身边做起,节约每一张纸,在打印学习资料时,将纸张进行双面打印,物尽其用。学习使用后的纸张、报纸、书刊,可以进行分类,用过一面的纸可以翻过来做草稿纸、便条纸,或自制成笔记本使用。

每年的2月2日是世界湿地日。这是湿地国际联盟组织于1996年3月确定的。从1997年开始,世界各国在这一天都举行不同形式的活动来宣传保护自然资源和生态环境。
湿地是全球价值最高的生态系统,被人们比喻为“地球之肾”。据联合国环境署2002年的研究数据表明,一公顷湿地生态系统每年创造的价值高达1.4万美元,是热带雨林的7倍,是农田生态系统的160倍。
