“Where is it ” Mina cried. She was standing at the dining table, working on a puzzle. Mina could not find the last piece.
“What’s this ” asked Mina’s little brother, Robert. He had a piece of paper in his hand.
“Give it to me,” Mina shouted. She snatched (一下夺过) the paper from Robert.
“Please don’t be so mean (刻薄的) to me,” said Robert.
“Shut up!” Mina shouted.
That night, Mina thought about the paper from Robert. She soon realized that “it” was the puzzle piece.
A loud alarm awakened her. Mina had fallen asleep while thinking about the words. Mina decided not to worry about the paper and went on with her day.
