importance of a balanced diet. The book suggested people eat different foods. In modern times, the world’s first dietary goal was put forward by Sweden in 1968.

If you were the chef of the restaurant, how would you make the hamburger healthier while keeping it delicious
To make the salad healthier, I would add chicken, beans, nuts and seeds. These would make the salad more balanced.
To make the hamburger healthier, I would use whole grain bread instead of white bread. Adding more vegetables like onions and tomatoes would make it healthier and still tasty.
