模板 时态：通常以一般将来时为主。 人称：以第三人称为主，第二人称为辅。 结构：明确是口头通知还是书面通知。通知的对象、事由、时间、地点等。语言应简洁明了，条理清晰,要求明确,特别是时间概念很重要,必须写得十分明确,不能含糊不清。
