(2024年浙江卷1月完形填空片段)While taking a 20-hour train ride along the edge of the Taklimakan Desert in northwestern China, I had the kind of humbling, educational, and above all else, wonderful ____21____ with a local that all travelers long for.

We never stop learning. The most important skill I 31 at school was keeping a routine.
31.A.made up B.picked up C.put off D.held back
A. made up弥补;B. picked up学习;C. put off推迟;D. held back撤回。

句意:说实话,我讨厌它!A. made制作;B. believed相信;C. hated讨厌;D. deserved值得。根据前文“Then, the next day I went on my longest run — 15 miles.”以及后文“Between the girl making my 5 seem small and the pure boredom of jogging”可知,作者最长跑了15 miles和女孩一比微不足道,所以是讨厌这个成绩。

When I decided to buy a house in Europe ten years ago, I didn't think too long. I liked traveling in France, but when it came to picking my favorite spot to ___21___, Italy was the clear winner.

(2022·新高考II)Like many young people, Jessica wants to travel the globe.Unlike most of them, this 25-year-old is doing it 41.full-time.
表原因:because, because of, thanks to, due to, result from, since, on account of/that
表结果:consequently,as a result, thus, hence, therefore
表转折:but, yet,anyway, nevertheless, however
表补充:also, besides, further, moreover, additionally, in addition, furthermore
The ____50____: The roads there went through large valleys where I’d be riding uphill for miles at a time. I’d never faced such ____51____.
50. A. problem B. secret C. principle D. advice

2.(2024年新高考II卷完形填空片段)I liked traveling in France, but when it came to picking my favorite spot to ___21___, Italy was the clear winner.

表原因:because, because of, thanks to, due to, result from, since, on account of/that
表结果:consequently,as a result, thus, hence, therefore
表转折:but, yet,anyway, nevertheless, however
表补充:also, besides, further, moreover, additionally, in addition, furthermore
