【形容词和副词高考考点分析】
下面是近几年高考题对形容词和副词的考查。通过这些题,我们来分析一下形容词和副词的用法和考点主要分布情况。
1.(2015年全国卷Ⅰ)A few hours 62 ,I’d been at home in Hong Kong,with 63 (it) choking smog.
【分析】 62.earlier/before。earlier副词比较级,表示时间的先后。
 2.(2017年全国卷Ⅰ)Even 66 (bad),the amount of fast food that people eat goes up.
3.(2018年全国卷Ⅰ)According to a review of evidence in a medical journal,runners live three years 61 (long) than non-runners.
 【分析】 66.worse。考查比较级。句意:更糟糕的是,人们所吃快餐的数量增加了。故填worse。
【分析】 61.longer。考查比较级。根据后文的than可知用比较级,故填longer。
4.(2019年全国卷Ⅰ)It is difficult to figure out a global population of polar bears as much of the range has been 62 (poor) studied.
5.(2019年全国卷Ⅰ)Scientists have responded by noting that hungry bears may be congregating(聚集) around human settlements,leading to the illusion(错觉) that populations are 68 (high) than they actually are.
【分析】 62.poorly。考查形容词变副词。此空修饰后面的studied,故用副词形式,作状语。
【分析】 68.higher。考查形容词比较等级。由空后的than 可知此处要用比较级。

【分析】 62.extremely。考副词。句意:登陆月球的背面是极其有挑战性的。空处需副词来修饰形容词challenging,应填extreme的副词形式extremely。
7.(2020年全国卷Ⅰ)Data about the moon’s composition, such as how  69  ice and other treasures it contains,could help China decide whether its plans for a future lunar(月球的) base are practical.
【分析】 69.much。考形容词。句意:关于月亮构成的数据,比如它含有多少冰和其他财富,可以帮助中国决定它未来月球基地的计划是否实用。ice是不可数名词,应使用much修饰。

【分析】 59.hotter。根据the+比较等级,the+比较等级结构,可知这里需要一个比较等级即:hotter,注意双写t再加er。句意:春天令人惊奇之处是温度越低,春天越热!
从历年来的高考题可以看出:形容词和副词的考查主要集中在形容词和副词的用法区别以及形容词和副词的比较等级上。全国卷的改错题中有形容词和副词的考点。一是考查形容词和副词的辨析,二是考查它们的比较等级。

【分析】 63.eventually。考查副词。根据空处后动词achieve,可知这里需要副词eventually作状语来修饰它。句意:最终达到理想的野生(大熊猫)数量水平。

It was the day of the big cross-country run.Students from seven different primary schools in and around the small town were warming up and walking the route(路线) through thick evergreen forest.
I looked around and finally spotted David,who was standing by himself off to the side by a fence.He was small for ten years old.His usual big toothy smile was absent today.I walked over and asked him why he wasn’t with the other children.He hesitated and then said he had decided not to run.
What was wrong He had worked so hard for this event!
I quickly searched the crowd for the school’s coach and asked him what had happened.“I was afraid that kids from other schools would laugh at him,” he explained uncomfortably.“I gave him the choice to run or not,and let him decide.”
I bit back my frustration(懊恼).I knew the coach meant well—he thought he was doing the right thing.After making sure that David could run if he wanted,I turned to find him coming towards me,his small body rocking from side to side as he swung his feet forward.
David had a brain disease which prevented him from walking or running like other children,but at school his classmates thought of him as a regular kid.He always participated to the best of his ability in whatever they were doing.That was why none of the children thought it unusual that David had decided to join the cross-country team.It just took him longer—that’s all.David had not missed a single practice,and although he always finished his run long after the other children,he did always finish.As a special education teacher at the school,I was familiar with the challenges David faced and was proud of his strong determination.
