An American company has developed a car powered by electricity that travels at high speed like cars powered by traditional pany officials say the car is experimental and will not be sold to the public for a long while. Yet some experts have called the vehicle(交通工具) an important step toward the production of pollution-free automobiles (汽车). The new car, called the Impact, was made by the General Motors company.
