Anger (愤怒) isn’t a good feeling, but it happens commonly. Sadly, many of us often hide our feelings when we are angry. A study says that this can be bad for our health.

A Glass of Milk
One day, a poor boy who was trying to pay his way through school by selling goods door to door found that he only had one dime left. He was hungry so he decided to beg for a meal at the next house. The Olympic Games have a long history. They began in Greece and lasted for over a thousand years, until 394 AD.The ancient Olympic Games were very different from the Olympics we have today. It’s 6: 00 p.m. Kate’s family are having dinner. There is rice, eggs, salads, strawberries and some vegetables like tomatoes, onions and carrots on the table. But Kate doesn’t like vegetables. She doesn’t want to eat them and puts her bowl away.
“Kate,” says her father.
“Where are my hamburgers ” asks Kate.
“Don’t think about them. We need to eat healthily,” says Mom.
“How about some ice-cream, then ” asks Kate.

Kate takes a bite (咬一口) of the tomato and quickly spits (吐出) it back into the bowl.
