Two teachers in the USA did research (研究) about the happiest and worst days of a week. Peter Dodds and Chris Danforth studied 10,000,000 sentences on social media. All of them have the words “I feel” or “I’m feeling”. Then, the teachers had a way of giving scores for words, between 1 and 9. Words like “excited” and “relaxed” could get high scores (6-9), but scores for words like “bad” and “terrible” were low (1-3). At last, they used these numbers to know which is the happiest day of the week. The research shows that Sunday is the happiest day. On that day, people think and write about the fun things they did on Saturday. Monday is also a happy day because people still remember their weekends. And the worst day of the week for most people is Wednesday. There are still two days for work before the weekend.

Research has found that when you’re hunched with your arms and legs crossed and looking down, your body r eleases (释放) chemicals that can make you feel more stressed or worried. Young people’s coach Maria Evans says your body and brain are connected. “When you stand with your back tall, legs apart (分开) and hands on hips, your body sends the message to your mind that you feel confident and strong.”
Your body language doesn’t just affect how you feel. It tells other people how nervous or brave you feel too. Think about someone you see as confident. How do they carry themselves Bring to mind a movie or TV character you admire for being brave or strong and picture how he sits, stands or walks. See if you can do the same.
If you’re feeling nervous, perhaps before you take a test or do something new, you can feel more confident by taking a power posture (姿势). Sit or stand up straight with both feet planted on the ground. Stretch your arms out above your head. Keep your head up to help you keep the confident feeling. Evans suggests doing a power posture for a few minutes before school. Notice how it makes you feel and how your mood has changed.

Nostalgia
When I was young,Nostalgia was a small stamp,I was here,My mother was there.After growing up,Nostalgia was a narrow ticket,I was here.My bride was there. But later on,Nostalgia was a little tomb,I was outside,My mother was inside.And now,Nostalgia is a shallow strait,I am here,The mainland is there.
Most of the Chinese people can think of one or two lines of this famous poem written by Yu Guangzhong when it comes to homesickness. It seems far away from you. However, in a few months, you will enter senior high school and move into a school dormitory (宿舍). When you are away from your family for a long time, you may have a sense of homesickness.
Sadness plays a big part in feeling homesick. People always have some good memories about home. When we compare everything in our day to our experience back home, we will feel very upset.
Different people deal with homesickness in different ways. Some ring home and have a chat with their family members. This may be a good idea for you to feel that you are not lonely. It reminds you that home is still there. However, it can make you miss them and want to be home even more. For this very reason, some people find it better not to contact home but to let the lonely feeling pass by doing fun activities. This can work well to help you get used to the place in which you are living or staying. Besides, we should pay more attention to the people around us. For example, you can share your feelings with your roommates, which makes you have a better understanding of homesickness.
Reminding yourself where you are can make you see the bigger picture. So remind yourself home is great, but where you are right now is also great for different reasons!
