为了解学生这节课学习的效果,以便于提高英语教学水平,促进学生的全面发展,对学生进行了本次的问卷调查。
根据学生学习效果评价量表显示:72%的同学完成基本练习的过程中,能完成变形和拓展练习。能通过多个方案择优解决问题。善于与人合作,还虚心听取别人的意见。上课认真听讲,作业认真, 主动参与讨论。21%的同学能除完成基本练习以外,可根据自己的能力,有选择地做一些较高要求的作业。勇于质疑,具有独立思维的能力。能与人合作,能接受别人的意见。上课能认真听讲,作业独立完成,偶有参与讨论。7%的同学只掌握基础知识,完成基本练习。只能停留在某种固定模式上思考。只有通过合作,才有望解决问题。缺乏合作的精神。上课无心听讲,常欠交作业,极少参与讨论。
针对本次调查中出现的问题,从以下几方面对学生进行指导:
1.由点到面,进一步增加课堂练习,夯实基础知识,消除基础知识盲点。注重基础,加强训练,培养能力。只有扎扎实实从基础做起,反复对知识点进行练习,才能最终达到融会贯通,才能逐步培养学生灵活运用语言知识的能力。另外,继续充分发挥集体备课的优势,有效整合教材和教材以外的教学资源,优化课堂教学,通过练习强化教学重点,提高工作效率。
2.严格要求,规范训练,帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯。在教学中必须培养学生良好的学习习惯,包括良好的书写习惯、严谨的学习态度和认真审题习惯。注意培养学生细致、严谨的学习态度,重视学生在学习过程中出现的各种错误,并帮助学生及时进行归纳、总结、改进、提高。
3.加强课堂活动,充分调动学生的学习主动性。在教学过程中,教师要根据教学内容的不同,采用最适宜的方法,使学生不会因感到千篇一律而丧失兴趣。课学上要加强师生、生生多边活动的开展,调动学生的学习能动性。对学生的学习必须有要求,结合课本内容提出一些问题让学生回答与练习。提出的问题要有梯度,使之对各层次学生都能起到激励作用。防止学生因问题的难度过高或过低而失去兴趣。

本节课围绕chores开展教学活动,学习如何用情态动词could征询许可及礼貌地提出请求,并做出得体的回答,也让学生学会了家务劳动的短语表达。本节课的教学内容和教学目标及教学重难点的设计都是围绕这一语法重点展开,采用了任务型教学模式,结合了笔头和口头的练习,来突破重难点,体现了以“学生为中心,以能力培养为目标”的教学原则。总体而言,有自我感觉比较好的地方,同时也存在不少问题。以下是本课的几点教学反思。
教学以幽默的视频导入,自然的引出本堂课要学习的话题。进而以直观的图片入手,自然的引出本堂课要学习的单词和词组。并带领学生进行跟读等练习进行巩固,为之后的句型练习打基础。 2.教学步骤衔接流畅。通过学习句型过渡到练习句型;通过说唱来巩固所学句型,增加趣味性。实现了层层递进,由重点向难点的过渡。 3.训练方式扎实有效。通过反复看图做对话的方式,引起学生对课堂的关注和参与,最后归纳总结。
4.合作体验,交流探讨。设置合作活动,使学生能熟练完成任务,培养合作意识,让学生用目标语言交流探讨。
5.突出中心,认真总结。本节课除了突出教学目标之外还突出了情感目标,即在生活中礼貌待人。并在结束前对知识点和情感目标做了总结归纳。
今后有待改进之处:
1.学生的参与度不均衡,一节课下来,大部分学生都能积极投入到课堂教学中来,并积极举手发言。课堂气氛比较活跃,调动了大部分学生听课的积极性,学生实际的语言交流能力、以及与他人的合作能力有很大的促进。但是语言表达能力强的学生参与的机会相对要多。有一些学生却习惯于当听众,被动地接受别人的观点,很少发表自己的个人意见。今后要加强对这部分同学的关爱与帮助。
2.对学生的评价应该更多样化:Good job! Great! Well done! Perfect! Excellent! 等这样评价的话语可以换着说,让学生多肯定他们自己的表现。
以上反思提醒我在今后的教学中应更注重处理细节和全面考虑。使我的基本功更加扎实,上课的技能技巧更加熟练,驾驭课堂和学生的能力有所提高和发展。

从功能及语言结构方面来看,本课教材的教学结束时,学生应当能够运用情态动词could谈论家务琐事及家庭互助。通过听力练习与口头操练,能迅速有效地捕捉关键信息,并能在小组合作中运用英语表达,提高英语口语能力;从词汇角度上说,学生应当较为熟练地运用与家庭活动及家务琐事相关的词汇及表达法;情感方面,在师生交流中运用目标语言,渗透作为学生在家里帮助父母做家务的思想,培养学生养成积极主动地帮助家人做家务的习惯。
