一、教材分析
本课时是人教版六年级上册第三单元第五课时。Read and Write 是一篇 Wu Binbin 畅想欢度中秋的日记。通过本课的学习，作者旨在让学生感悟中华传统节日的美好，并引导学生为生活中类似中秋节的节日做计划。本篇阅读运用一般将来时的两种语法结构(be going to/will)来进行表达节日计划。主要围绕“中秋节”这一话题展开，通过阅读文本学习单词和词组 get together, mooncake, poem, Mid-Autumn Festival，了解 Wu Binbin 中秋节的安排。训练学生在语篇中捕捉不同类型的信息和思考的能力。前四课时 be going to 句型的学习为本课时的教学奠定了基础。本课时的重点是能口头描述 Wu Binbin 和自己的中秋节安排及能在文段中找到更多单词，并正确读出重音。
本课时分为读、写、语音三部分。第一部分通过呈现不同节日的图片，了解不同节日活动的计划。第二部分提供了吴斌斌描述中秋节安排的日记。通过阅读日记完成有意义的书写活动。中秋节是学生们非常熟悉的节日，贴近学生的生活，大大的提高了学生的阅读兴趣。第三部分呈现了几个单词，学生能够根据例词，选取文段中有重音的单词并能朗读出来。本课时的词汇的教学，要结合图示、联系上下文帮助学生理解。遵循以学生为主体，教师为主导的原则，采取小组合作的方式，全面调动学生的参与，引导学生自主学习，培养良好的阅读习惯和技巧。
二、学情分析
本课的教学对象是六年级学生，他们拥有一定的英语学习基础，积累了一定的词汇和文化知识，且具有较强的模仿能力和阅读能力。本班学生基础较弱，层次参差不齐，需要因材施教，分层引导，教师在课堂上要充分发挥学生的主体作用，为学生创设良好的学习小组氛围，让他们积极参与课堂互动，勇敢展示自我。
三、教学目标
（1）在图片和教师的引导下理解文本信息，完成圈出答案及找出关键词回答相关的问题，并在语境中能够听、说、认读单词和短语：get together, moon cake, poem, Mid-Autumn Festival
（2）能听说认读背 read and write,并运用所学回答问题,能够通过阅读问题训练
在语篇中捕捉类型的信息和思考的能力。
（3）学生能运用一般将来时描述自己家庭成员在中秋节的活动，并写出一篇相关日记。
（4）看绘本故事和相关科普视频，让学生了解中国的传统节日并热爱祖国、热爱家庭。
四、教学重难点
（一）教学重点：
在图片和教师的引导下理解文本信息，完成圈出答案及找出关键词回答相关的问题，并在语境中能够听、说、认读单词和短语：get together, moon cake, poem, Mid-Autumn Festival
（二）教学难点：
能复述日记，并学会用一般将来时态描述自己家庭成员在中秋节的活动，并写出一篇相关日记。
五、教学策略
六年级的学生相对成熟，课堂纪律较好，喜欢与同伴一起学习。利用这个特点，本节课我主要通过情景教学法、游戏教学法、合作教学法进行授课。以小组合作的方式组织学生学习，提高学生的英语学习能力。
