题干关键词:划出疑问词(what/when/where)、专有名词(人名、地名、数字)、动词或形容词(如 solve, important, unique)。
① 题干找关键词(如数字、大写单词);
② 定位原文对应段落(通常按题目顺序出题,如第 1 题对应前两段,第 2 题往后顺延);
When was the first Earth Day celebrated ”
The first Earth Day took place on April 22, 1970.”
What is the main idea of the passage ” “Which is the best title for the text ”
① 重点看首尾段和各段首句,主题词会反复出现;
② 排除细节选项(如只提到某一段内容的选项),选择涵盖全文的概括性选项;
③ 标题需简洁且包含主题词,如 “Tips for Healthy Eating” 比 “Eat More Vegetables” 更合适。
① 分析空格前后句子的逻辑关系(并列、转折、因果、举例),如空前有 “however”,则空内句子需表转折;
② 关注代词指代(如空格后有 “it”,选项中需包含单数名词)和关键词复现(选项中的词与上下文重复);
They help us stay healthy and energetic.”
选项:“Fruits and vegetables are essential to our diet.”(“they” 指代 “fruits and vegetables”)。
① 先看图表结构(行 / 列标题、项目分类),明确需要填充的信息类型(如原因、结果、优缺点);
② 按图表中的关键词(如 “Advantages”“Disadvantages”)定位原文对应段落;
① 直译为主,确保关键词准确(如 “environment protection” 译为 “环境保护”);
② 调整语序符合中文 / 英文表达习惯(如英文被动句可译为中文主动句);
填空题:首字母大写(如专有名词)、单复数一致(如 “a ___” 后接单数名词)、动词时态(如题干有 “did”,答案用原形);
回答问题:用完整句子或简洁短语(按题目要求,如 “Answer in no more than 5 words”)。
She refused the invitation.”
题干选项:“She didn’t accept the invitation.”(refuse=didn’t accept,需识别同义转换)。
“先题后文标关键,首尾段落抓主题;
同义替换是常考,细节格式要仔细;

He once said, “Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.”◇Drink a glass of water with lemon juice.

Many people take running as a way to keep fit. They like to run in hot weather and enjoy the feeling of being wet through with sweat while running. Cold weather during winter months, with low temperatures and freezing cold winds, may keep many people from running in the open air.
However, a new study shows that the drop in temperature is a good reason to run. In fact, running in cold weather helps improve one’s performance. Many runners might find it easier to run in winter than in hot weather. The body needs less water on a cold day than in warm weather. In addition, lower temperatures reduce stress on the body. When you run in cold weather, your heart rate is lower.
John Brewer is a professor of applied sports science at St. Mary’s University in London. For this study, he and other researchers put a group of people into a room where summer and winter weather conditions are recreated. The test subjects (对象), were asked to run 10,000 meters under both conditions and their biological measurements were recorded and studied.
From the study, every movement runners make produces heat. The heat can be really damaging unless the body can lose it. One way in which people lose heat is by sweating. The body loses heat through sweat. The body also loses it by transporting (输送) the blood to the surface of the skin and it puts more stress on the heart, especially in hot conditions because it’s much harder to lose heat when the outside environment is warm. As the result shows, running in hot temperatures results in 6 percent higher heart rates.
When running in cold conditions, the body does not have to work hard to move blood to the skin surface. Therefore, it requires less energy. The most important thing for people who run in cold conditions is to wear the right clothing. Keep as dry as possible when exercising in low temperatures. Wear warm and light clothing to keep sweat away from your skin. So don’t let winter weather keep you indoors. Simply get ready for the low temperatures and start running.
29.Do people like to run in cold weather
30.Why did John Brewer make a group of people run in a room
31.How do people lose heat
32.Why is it the most important to wear the right clothing for people running in cold condition

Working Out (锻炼) through Online Videos
Physical exercise is good for our mind, body and spirit. Today, working out through online videos is becoming very popular. Since the Internet is widely used, it’s very easy for us to do so. That means we can work out anytime anywhere.
One of my friends, Lin Fei, followed short workout videos to do daily exercise. “With live programs, I feel like working out with my friends, which encourages (鼓励) me to hold on to the last minute.” she said. Another friend of mine, Michael, told me that workout videos let him feel so comfortable. “I have a fear of working out at the gym (健身房) because I don’t like being watched by others. Working out at home is much more enjoyable.” he said.
With their examples, I decided to give it a try. When I told my plan to my elder sister, a P.E. teacher, she reminded (提醒) me that workout videos could be helpful but might still carry some problems.
“Without being with someone in person, you will be less willing (愿意的) to work out to your best. Working out at the gym allows you to have advice in real time and get pushed harder,” my sister said to me. “Well, if you really want to have a try. First, choose proper programs or videos. That’s very important. And then ask your friends for advice. Their experiences can give you a good sight into what you can expect. Anyway, don’t be addicted (沉迷的) to it.You should try different ways to work out to be healthy.”
At her advice, I finally followed an online workout program with personalized (个性化的) help that is held for three months. After the first period of training, I felt it very practical and helpful when I put in the right amount (量) of work along with a strong pared (对比) with going to the gym, using online videos to work out is a much cheaper and time-saving choice. Shadow puppetry (皮影戏) started during the Western Han Dynasty and it has a long history of more than 2,000 years. It used to be popular in the countryside because it was simple and cheap.
The puppets are usually made from leather (皮革) or paper. It is hard to make them. The puppet-makers have to take 24 steps, which include washing the leather, carving (雕刻) and painting, to make a puppet.
Just like many things that are in danger, traditional arts also face the risk of disappearing. “Many young people still think that shadow puppetry is an old-fashioned folk art,” said Liu Chaokan, the sixth-generation inheritor (继承人) of shadow puppetry in Yunnan province.
Liu understands why old art forms couldn’t interest young people, so he connects new stories with the traditional form of storytelling. In a recent show based on the ancient Chinese novel Journey to the West, Baigujing dances to a Korean pop song. Popular Chinese cartoon characters, together with the modern factors (元素), are Liu’s secret in getting the attention of children. “Since they couldn’t understand those old stories, why don’t we show them the cartoon characters they love in shadow puppetry shows ” said Liu.

① 分析空格前后句子的逻辑关系(并列、转折、因果、举例),如空前有 “however”,则空内句子需表转折;
② 关注代词指代(如空格后有 “it”,选项中需包含单数名词)和关键词复现(选项中的词与上下文重复);
They help us stay healthy and energetic.”
选项:“Fruits and vegetables are essential to our diet.”(“they” 指代 “fruits and vegetables”)。
① 先看图表结构(行 / 列标题、项目分类),明确需要填充的信息类型(如原因、结果、优缺点);
② 按图表中的关键词(如 “Advantages”“Disadvantages”)定位原文对应段落;
① 直译为主,确保关键词准确(如 “environment protection” 译为 “环境保护”);
② 调整语序符合中文 / 英文表达习惯(如英文被动句可译为中文主动句);
填空题:首字母大写(如专有名词)、单复数一致(如 “a ___” 后接单数名词)、动词时态(如题干有 “did”,答案用原形);
回答问题:用完整句子或简洁短语(按题目要求,如 “Answer in no more than 5 words”)。
She refused the invitation.”
题干选项:“She didn’t accept the invitation.”(refuse=didn’t accept,需识别同义转换)。
“先题后文标关键,首尾段落抓主题;
同义替换是常考,细节格式要仔细;

The solar terms (节气) were first thought of by the Chinese thousands of years ago. There are six solar terms in each season (季节). The Grain Rain is the last solar term in Spring and falls on April 19 this year.
Chinese people call this solar term the Grain rain because “rain” helps the crops grow. It means a time of more rain. So you’d better bring an umbrella with you when you go out.
But it is a great time to plant crops (庄稼). If you miss the time for planting during the Grain Rain, you will feel sorry later. So maybe you can try to plant some flowers or vegetables in your garden. When the spring rain falls, farmers begin to grow crops. Some Ideas to Start Your Day Off (休息日) Right
Having success and being able to meet one’s goals require (需要) knowledge, a sense of direction, hard work and resources. That sounds like a very difficult task. In fact, the morning may be the most productive part of your day. Benjamin Franklin would probably agree.

To keep the old art forever young, Liu thinks they should respect (尊重) its traditions and protect the basic of the art.

Merida is a good example. She was a princess and she likes going on adventures. She ▲ her days practicing archery (射箭), riding her horse and experiencing the world. She loves her family, but she wants to create her own life.
Disney even put up their “new rules for being a modern princess”. The rules include: Care for others; Live healthily; Be honest; Be friendly; Believe in yourself; Try your best; Never give up.

2.Although his father was old, he still tried to look for his son. 3.He put a big photo of himself on the wall. 4.15 years. 5.No.
前半句“He wanted to be famous”表示“他想要出名”,后半句“he had a poor education”表示“他受教育程度低”。
“他的父亲年纪大了”可表达为his father is old,“他仍然在寻找儿子”可表达为he is still looking for his son 。“仍然”用still表示,“寻找”是固定短语 look for ,因表示现阶段正在进行的动作,所以用现在进行时“be + 动词现在分词”结构,主语he是第三人称单数,be动词用is,look的现在分词是looking。故填Although his father is old, he is still looking for his son.
3.根据“Wherever he went, he put up a big photo of himself on the wall.” He put a big photo of himself on the wall.
