学情分析
初中生对英语学习具有较浓厚的兴趣,求知欲旺胜。而本单元话题与学生学习、生活息息相关,因此,利用学生熟悉的每天穿校服等校规引入新的语言知识,便于激活学生的背景知识,使他们利用已有的经验进行学习。而且在前面的教学中学生们已经涉及了一些祈使句的用法,而本课主要学习一些校规,比较贴近学生们的生活实际,学生们渴望知道用英语如何表达校规校纪,因此它为本课学习垫定了情感上的基础。课前让学生以小组为单位讨论并整理他们熟知、每天必须遵守的校规,用英语或汉语都可以。以便在课堂活动中,让更多的学生参与和体验,充分体现和发挥学生的主体性作用。
考虑到学生的基础不同和本节课内容特点,我设计了形式、内容多样的检测题,分题型、分梯度检测本节课教学情况,尽量使每个学生都有不同程度的收获,力求学习效果达到最好。

效果分析
本节课话题贴近学生的实际生活,从学生的认知特点和教材结构出发,利用一组卡通画和学生的生活照,激发了学生兴趣,使得学生有话可说。多媒体教学和小组合作学习使教学效果最大化。学生在不断的听、说、读、练过程中,不知不觉掌握了基础知识,同时预习能力、答题能力等综合能力都得到提升。随着训练项目的难度不断加大,小组合作学习的作用效果显著。
通过情景的设置,同学们的思路得以拓展,每天穿校服、不能在课堂上说话、不能在课堂上睡觉、男生不能留长发等,都能脱口而出,全体学生的潜力都得到很大程度的挖掘。在“Make more rules for your school”巩固提升环节和“改为祈使句”课堂检测环节,智力好的学生得以展现他们的才能;在对话、听力练习环节和其他的几个检测环节,中下等学生都能积极参与,很好地完成教学目标。
总之,本节课学生能最大限度地发挥个人潜能和实现自我价值,课堂气氛活跃,学生能够投入到自然、自觉、自由的学习氛围中,达到了掌握基础知识、提高综合能力和生华道德情感教育的目的,

教学过程
Step 1 Preparation before class
Work in groups to talk about the school rules in your school and write them down in English or in Chinese.
Step 2 Warming up and leading in
Show the target language. Ask the students “Do you have school rules?” Then show a picture and say,“ You must wear school uniforms at school.” Then another picture, “And you can’t talk in class. These are school rules.”
Help them understand “school rules”
Step 3 Presentation
1. Teach the new words and phrases.
2. Explain the usage of arrive.
3. T: Can we arrive late for class ? Ss: No, we can’t.
T: We can’t get to class late. Look at the picture. The boy is late. What can we say to him?
Ss: Don’t arrive late for class..
Then show another two pictures. Help them to say” Don’t sleep in class.” and “Don’t fight.”
4. Show the five pictures in 1a
T: What are they doing? Are they right? Is it good for them to do that? Help them answer.
Let the students read the phrases aloud and try to know the meanings.
Step 4 Talking about rules (1a)
1. In this procedure,students will learn to talk about different school rules.
2. Show the pictures and say:“What can you say to him?”
3. T: Now please open your books at Page 19.Look at the words on the left.They are
words about school rules.Please read them.And we have 5 pictures. Try to match the words with the pictures.
Encourage the students to say something about the pictures and do the match work.Tell Ss “We should follow the rules, and don’t break the school rules. We should have good habits.
Step 5 Listening (1b)
T: If you want to be good students, don’t break the school rules. The rules are good for your study. But now here are three students Peter, Amy and Mick. Look! Each of these students is breaking one of these rules. Please listen to the tape and write the numbers after the names.
Play the recorder.Then check the answers.
After this,ask students to repeat after the recording.
Step 4 Pair work (1c)
T: Can you change the rules with can’t? S.A is a new student. S.B is telling S.A about the school rules above like this.
A: what are the rules?
B: well, we can’t arrive late for class. We must be on time.
Ask students to practice the conversation and make their own conversations.
Ss work in pairs and practice saying the school rules.
Step 6 Listening (2a).
1. Have the students look at the picture in 2a and talk about it.
T: Look! Who can you see in the picture?
T: Yes, the boy is Alan, and the girl is Cindy.
T: What are they doing?
S: They are talking.
T: What are they talking about?
T: Now let’s listen to the tape and check the activities Alan and Cindy talk about.
2. The students listen to the recording and check the activities they hear.
3. Then check the answers together.
4. Work on 2b Make sure the students know what they should do.

5. Check the answers then report the list.

教材分析
一.教材地位分析
本单元是人教版《新目标》七年级下册的第4单元。总体而言,这本教材的词汇量很大,与上册相比难度明显加大,但是,内容新颖,尤其是生动活泼的卡通化的画面,很符合七年级学生的年龄特点和心理特点,其中还囊括了丰富多彩的文化知识,以及合作探究的活动,十分贴近学生的实际生活经验。
本单元的话题Talk?about?rules.与日常生活密切相关。作为一名中学生,遵守校纪班规家法,和社会公共场所的规章制度是必须的。在谈论规则时,一般运用祈使句、情态动词can和have?to等。这是英语新课程标准中规定所必须掌握的内容,是交际英语中必不可少的项目。因此,本单元对于提升学生的学习兴趣和提高学生的听、说、读、写能力都有很大的帮助。 二. 教学内容分析
本课以听说训练为主,借助教材图片、学生生活照片、多媒体等方式,利用常见的校规引出新的目标语言项目:祈使句。本节课时主要由两部分构成,第一部分通过学习学校的规章制度展示祈使句和情态动词can表许可的用法;第二部分通过听说练习和汇报自己学校的规章制度,对所学祈使句进行巩固和强化。
三.教学目标分析
根据新课标的要求,结合教材内容及七年级学生的认知特点,我确定目标如下:
I.知识目标:
(1) 掌握词汇:rule, follow ,follow the rules, arrive , uniform ,hallway, outside, fight, uniform, wear, (be) on time, listen to, sorry, dining hall.
(2) 掌握语法:祈使句,情态动词can表许可
II.能力目标:
(1) 能正确使用情态动词can,can’t和祈使句。
(2) 能熟练使用目标词汇和语言,围绕规章制度展开话题,发表自己的看法与观点。
(3) 提高学生听说读写技能。
III.情感态度价值观目标:
(1) 通过小组合作等形式,增强学生的集体荣誉感,培养学生的合作意识和竞争意识。
(2) 通过对规章制度的学习与讨论,教育学生规范自己的行为,享受他们的初中生活。
四.教法、学法设计
1、教法
(1)直观教学法:充分利用图片与实例,创设真实的情景,引起学生学习兴趣。
(2)听说教学法:以听、说、读、写、练为主,通过对本课重点句型的学习培养学生听力、口语以及书面语的能力。(3)任务型教学法:设计各种活动如结对活动、小组合作,促使学生为用而学,增强集体荣誉感。

课后反思
本节课导入自然,能够为学生创设一个轻松愉快的气氛。课堂内容和学生息息相关,学生兴趣浓厚。注重语感教学,加强听说训练,努力做到看、听、说同步。并且在教学过程中因势利导,把德育渗透到情景设计中,效果很好。
课前让学生预习本课单词和1a 内容,并且以小组为单位讨论、整理,试着用所学过的知识写出来。在2c的听说训练之后,再以小组为单位用祈使句的形式修改、总结,使学生对本节课词汇、语法得以进一步巩固提高。
课堂气氛活跃,学生参予率高,听、说、读、写能力和小组合作意识都得到提高。
不足:在对学生活动参予的及时评价方面做得不够。
