教学安排
Step1. 导入新课
Good morning, boys and girls, today we are going to learn Module 8 Unit2 The horse is turning around.
Step2. 展示目标
Please look at the blackboard, here are our learning aims. Let’s read together.
1.掌握本课的重点单词：turn around again jump back come back
2.掌握本课的重点句子：The horse is turning around.
3.善于观察生活，热爱生活。
Step3. Presentation
1.热身活动之后，教师取出准备好的小木马提问学生：“What is this ”然后移动木马模型或图片问学生：“What is this train doing ”学生可能现在不知道如何做答，教师此时告诉学生：“让我们一起走进课文，学习了课文之后你就知道该如何回答了。”
2.接下来教师用肢体语言把这一单元几个表示方位的词给学生用肢体语言表现出来，如： up （point upwards）
down （point downwards）
past （move your arm past the side of your body）
stop （put your hand up in front as if to stop someone）
turn around；
jump;
come back
Stpe4. game
1.找几个同学，一个当火车头，其余的作为车身和车尾。再找一些同学作为站牌，每人手里拿着卡片牌。有医院；学校；商店；餐馆等
2.火车开动，让学生们说出所经过的站牌名字，以及描述其所走过的路线。
Step5. 巩固练习
老师放课文录音以及单词录音，让学生学习。
学生理解和掌握了生词和词组后，教师再放录音，每句话后停顿，请学生跟读，做动作。

一、教学目标
1.能听懂、会说并认读单词能听懂、会说以及会读以下句子：We are going up. We are going down. We are turning around.
2.能听懂课本中的简单指令并做出相应的动作,在各种训练活动中，培养学生运用语言的能力。
3.引导学生体会、了解学习英语的兴趣，激发学生热爱生活的情感。培养学生的合作意识。
重点 能听懂、会说、会读以下句子：We are going up. We are going down. We are turning around.

难点：能用进行时准确的描述正在发生的动作关键以及真实有趣的语境和大量操练

Step1.warm up
1. Greeting.
2. Sing a song
看小火车运功图 ,问：
Where is it going
Ss answer.
(没有找到真实火车的明显上下坡影像，做了动画的)
3. Chant:

Today we are going on talking about position. Let’s learn M 8U2
1. Listen to the tape.
2. Open your books, listen, point and repeat.
3.通过图片判断，辨析。认读第一句话。教会学生辨别人称。理解we are 的含义。并结合图，说句子，做动作。
(看图思考，让学生自主说出We’re going down and we’re turning around.学生可能不会说出：“We are turning around .”此时可以教授新词组“turn around”,板书Turn around ！)
Step3. Game
1.做听指游戏巩固“Turn around !”
2.游戏时用碰碰手的方式，鼓励学生。引出生词“touch”
3.学生理解和掌握了生词和词组后，教师再放录音，每句话后停顿，请学生跟读，做动作。

Summary
本节课通过游戏以及一些对话内容激发学生学习英语的兴趣，培养学生学习英语的积极性，使他们树立学习英语的自信心，同时培养学生一定的语感和良好的语音、语调基础，为进一步学习打下基础。在英语课堂教学中，怎样创设良好的学习氛围、激发学生的兴趣是搞好小学英语教学的重要一环。同时也为在以后的教学过程中再接再厉。
