When I was a little child, I loved to watch my grandparents write Chinese characters (汉字) with ink brushes (毛笔). Later I came to learn about many Chinese calligraphers (书法家), such as Wang Xizhi of the Jin Dynasty.
At the age of 9, I joined a writing class to learn Chinese calligraphy. 1 I told myself that I would practice hard and try to become as good as him.
