学情分析
初二年级的学生学习英语有了一定的基础,他们有较强的记忆力和模仿能力,有较强的求知欲和表现欲,该年龄段对旅游有浓厚的兴趣。又由于本课是本单元第四课,学会阅读技巧是该课的重点,激发学生英语阅读的兴趣。
本班学生在小学至少有学习英语三年的经历,有了一定的基础,小学的英语与初中课程相衔接,而实际上我们的学生只有一小部分的学生有了不同程度的收获.许多农村的学生基础没打好.很大一部分的学生基本词汇量不过关,更谈不上语法和句型了.初中英语有了一定的难度,基础不好和基础没有的学生会失去对英语学习兴趣.给教学带来一定的麻烦.
学生的具体情况:根据学生的具体情况,我设计了不同层次的任务给不同层次的学生完成。
第一类:学习英语有一定的基础和很浓厚的兴趣.学生成绩稳定.鼓励学生大声的朗读课文并背诵,使自己听的见自己的声音,渐渐做到流利,顺畅。促进学生互相学习,互相帮助,体验成就感。???
第二类:基础差,但学习英语的热情高,方法不当。积极指导正确的学习方法和阅读方法。
第三类:基础差,能及格,没有太大的兴趣,但尽量跟住老师。降低他们的学习标准,当他们取得一点小小的进步,都要鼓励他们,让他们感到有成就感。
第四类:跟不上英语学科的正常的进度. 这类学生上课时注意往往不够集中,我就将教材化难为易,化多为少,精讲多练,课堂上尽量创造愉快的氛围。差生由于羞怯心理往往怕开口,我尽量将难易适度的问题去问他们;叫他们到黑板上写有把握的句子;朗读事先已读过多遍的课文,当差生回答正确时。我总是面常笑容地说:“very good”,他们往往因得到这两个激动,这样差生开口的习惯慢慢的养成。慢慢地,他们的参与意识大大地加强,消除了畏惧心理。

本节课基本上达到了教学效果。
1.加强了阅读训练、努力培养学生的语感。
今后要有意识地选用一些难易适中的文章,通过阅读来培养学生的语感以及通过上下文捕捉信息的能力。
2.能面向全体学生,做好防差补差的工作。
在今后的教学过程中要始终重视抓两头、促中间,努力提高优秀率和及格率。
3.不同层次的同学的英语基础知识得到了巩固和落实。
英语基础知识包括:词汇、语法、句型等。词汇是语言的基本单位,没有足够的词汇量,是学不好英语的。词汇教学不仅要重视,还要讲究方法,注意“词不离句,句不离文”,既教词汇,更关注词汇使用的语境,注意常用词汇的使用和辨析,以及一词多义的掌握。
4.同学们有了阅读策略的指导。
确立语篇意识和综合意识,培养综合运用能力,阅读理解试题,这是分值较高的试题,因此,我们在平时的教学中要根据教材切实搞好语篇教学,并有意识、有计划地增加英语阅读量,题材、体裁要尽量多样化,通过大量的阅读,扩大学生的知识面,使学生熟悉不同体裁、不同题材文章的作题思路,提高阅读速度,提高驾驭语篇的能力。另外,还要善于分析学生,找出学生的薄弱环节,合理安排好教材知识梳理、专项训练和应试技巧指导。 阅读主要考查学生对书面语言的理解能力,特别是信息获取能力(包含图文转换等信息的处理能力)。阅读是人们学习和传递信息的重要途径,也是工作、生活、消遣的主要方式之一。阅读是课堂教学的主要环节和教学内容,又是大多数学生今后接触和使用英语的主要方式。
5.提高了学生书面表达能力
?? ?书面表达是通过书面文字传递信息的一种交际活动。书面表达能力是综合语言运用能力的重要组成部分。在这节课中我重视书面表达,随着交际语言教学思想的普及和人们对语言交际能力认识的发展,广大英语教师和学习者逐渐开始重视写作能力。

教学设计的指导思想:兴趣是最好的老师。根据本班学生的学习方式和学习习惯来设计我的教案,设计每个步骤时都思考着怎样才能引起他们的兴趣。这节课的设计比较多样,既有多媒体图片,又有比赛的形式,还有听课文的训练,小组讨论,表演复述课文,教学比较有层次,希望能长时间地激发学生的兴趣;另外,在题型的设计也想尽量引起他们参与活动的欲望。

KNOWLEDGE WINDOW : WHAT IS MUSIC?
Music can be happy, sad, romantic, sleepy, spine-tingling, healing—all kinds of things. But what is it? Some people define it as an artful arrangement of sounds across time. Our ears interpret these sounds as loud or soft, high or low, rapid and short, or slow and smooth. The sounds need to continue for a time in some sort of pattern to become music.
Music, like language, is a uniquely human form of communication. As with language, there are many different kinds. In North America, people listen to jazz, rock, classical, folk, country, and many other kinds of music. Each kind of music has its own rules and “speaks” to us in its own way.
What we think of as music depends on where we live. What Americans are used to listening to might sound strange to someone from another culture, and vice versa. It might not even sound like music. In Indonesia, gamelan orchestras play music on gongs, drums, and xylophones. These aren’t the instruments you’d find in a typical orchestra in North America.
Today, modern communications make it possible for us to listen to music from all over the world. Music from one part of the world influences music from another part. For example, gamelan music from Indonesia influenced 20th-century American composers such as John Cage.(凯奇)

1、belong to意为“属于,为...所拥有”,to为介词,后接名词或人称代词宾格,不能接名词性物主代词或名词所有格。
2、be kind to sb.意为“对某人友好”。如:she is kind to her students。
3、trust意为“相信,信任”,常用的结构有:
trust to sth.依靠某物;依靠某事
trust sb.信任某人
trust in sb.信仰某人,信奉某人

4、remind的用法
remind sb of sth 提醒某人某事, 使某人想起某事 remind sb that-从句 提醒某人某事, 使某人想起某事 remind sb to do sth 提醒某人做某事
5、it句型:“It is +n.+to do sth.”,意为“做某事是…”
6、hope的用法
hope 一词意为“希望”。在使用时应该注意以下几点:???
1. 从说话语气上看,hope 用于表示可能实现的事情,后接从句时,用陈述语气。如:?? I hope I shall see him again. 我希望再见他一次。?
2. 从含义上看,hope 多用于指对好事的盼望、预想;对坏事的预想则多用“I'm afraid...”。如:I hope it will be fine tomorrow. 我希望明天天气好。I'm afraid it will rain again.
3. 从时间上看,hope 所希望的一般指将来或现在的事情,不用于指过去的事情。如:?? I hope he will come. 我希望他会来。???
4. 从句型上看,hope 可用hope to do sth句型,而不能用hope sb to do sth句型。如:I hope to watch the football match again. 我希望再看一次那场足球赛。?? 而不说:I hope you to go. 最后,当你要表示“希望如此。”时,就说“I hope so.”其否定形式用“I hope not.”。
hope 一般不用于进行时。?? hope后面还可以接that 从句,意为“希望……;能……就好了”。

一、教学特色
1、教学创情景,激励促参与 新课导入将学生的心理带进了音乐的殿堂。让学生对所要学习的知识产生认识上的需要。学生欣赏着生动的电脑画面,听着优美动听的歌曲,以无比喜悦的心情进入英语课堂,促使学生积极主动地进入学习状态。通过Free Talk贴近生活,让学生产生共鸣,激发他们学习英语的兴趣,帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自心
2、注意衔接,善于质疑。不断质疑,学生边看图边回答,既学习了新知识,又巩固了旧知识。
3、依靠多媒体技术,整合教学资源。 充分运用电脑及网络资源,开发英语教学资源,拓宽学生学习渠道,改进学生学习方式,提高教学效果。将网络提供的丰富的教学资源,融入到英语教学中。同时又能够根据学生的实际情况及时遥控。

二、教师素养 张老师教学基本功扎实,能够正确使用英语进行教学,语言清晰,表达准确。教学态度真诚,师生关系融洽。在教学内容方面,也比较丰富,尝试以学生为主体,寓学于乐。有自己的独到之处,让学生或老师们记忆深刻,久久不忘。更难得的是张老师能自弹自唱,和学生打成一片,抓住教育契机。
三、教学建议
1、新旧知识衔接的同时应该揭示课题。
2、教师应加强对重点词和重点句的阅读。教学设计力求满足不同类型和不同层次学生的需求,使每位学生的身心得到健康的发展,这样不会局限于少部分学生。也为学生提供自主学习和互相交流的机会。加强对阅读技巧的拓展练习。

我上课的内容是人教版新目标Unit8 Have you read Treasure Island yet?第三课时文化阅读部分。本课的reading在体裁上是一篇议论文,所以这就要求在教学中教会学生如何阅读这类体裁文章,而在内容上是关于如何提高我们的英语水平的一些方法。使学生在阅读完课文后对提高自己的英语水平有更深的认识。
我认为本堂课有以下几个亮点:
1这节阅读课的提供多种提高英语水平的方式方法,激发学生的学习兴趣和学习热情。这堂课充分发挥了多媒体的优势,通过声音、图象、视频等结合情景设计充分调动学生的主动性和积极性。
2这节阅读课符合学以致用的原则。新课标要求“进一步发展学生综合运用语言能力”,通过本课能提高他们阅读英语新闻体裁文章的能力,还充分发挥了他们的想象力和创造力。
本节课我的反思如下:
1.在教学的第一环节引入部分Before-reading,我用了Do you know where I am from? 的问题拉近与同学之间的关系,找同学学唱英语歌曲,引入课题,激发学生的兴趣。
2.在while- reading 部分,通过指导学生快读、略读、细读和精读等方法,使学生对本课课文达到透彻理解和分析。比如,我先让学生进行快速读,找出本文总共提出几种提高英语水平的方法;用精读法让学生找出这些年轻歌手们学唱英语歌的的原因及意义。
3.在after-reading 部分,我让学生能够复述文章内容,目的是让学生能尝试使用文章中出现的一些短语,对重难点进行总结概括。
4.在整个课堂教学环节中,我感觉各个教学环节串联得不是很巧妙,需要进一步加工优化,在有些课堂细节上处理得比较粗糙,不够细致。
总之,在阅读教学过程中,学生应始终是学习的主体,而教师则只扮演一个导演的角色。在教学中,教师要善于结合实际教学需要,合理地使用和安排教材,使之符合 学生实际情况兼顾各类学生,体现教师的主导作用和学生的主体地位,只有充分发挥教师的主导作用和充分体现学生的主体作用,才能提高课堂效率和质量,真正达 到阅读教学的目的。

《中小学英语课程标准》指出:英语教学中应体现交际性,要结合学生的年龄特点、生理、心理特点和生活实际,创设交际情景,通过大量的语言实践,使学生获得综合运用英语和语言技能进行交际的能力,要为学生提供自主学习和相互交流的机会以及充分表现和自我表现的空间。鼓励学生通过体验、讨论、合作、探究等方式,发展听说读写的综合语言技能。针对初中英语新教材容量大的特点,依据go for it! 英语教材的在做中学即learning by/in doing的教学思想, 课堂采用小组合作学习模式,过程评价模式。本课的中心话题是音乐,贴近日常生活,所以,在教学设计中,可以根据学生的真实生活创设情景,进行语言的操练,以调动学生的创造性与积极性,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生的自主学习能力真正得以提高。
根据本单元要求,结合课标,本课时的需要掌握以下目标:
1语言目标:掌握本单元词汇,听懂、掌握谈论读书的语言材料。
