Practise and present your poster to the class.
Our poster is about the North Pole. It is one of
the coldest places in the world. It is full of ice
and snow. It is famous for its beautiful views,
like the northern lights. The North Pole is home to lovely polar bears. But now, the ice is melting because of global warming. This makes the polar bears’ home smaller and the sea level higher. To save this amazing place, we need to take action. We should learn more about the environment and be mindful of our behaviour.

（1）形容词和副词的比较级的用法
大多数形容词或副词有三个等级：原级，比较级和最高级。其中比较级表示“更......”，用于两者之间的比较说明“前者比后者更(不）......”。表示比较时，原来的句子结构并没有改变，只是将形容词或副词变成比较级的形式，然后在后面用than引出所比较的对象。
