【教材分析】
本单元以“我们怎样改变(how we have changed)”为核心话题,在四年后老朋友见面的情景中,围绕本单元语言交际功能项目“谈论你过去是什么样”(talk about what you used to be like),逐步展开各项听、说、读、写活动,给人们一种有趣的体验和新鲜的感受。教学从谈论人物过去的外貌、性格,进一步延伸到谈论人物过去的心理感受,以及人物过去的爱好等,最后延伸到谈论现在的变化,将过去和现在教学进行对比。
【学情分析】
本课时是Unit 4 I used to be afraid of the dark. 的第6课时。七八年级也学习了如何表达某个人的外貌、性格特点、兴趣了爱好等等。这也为本课的学习及在真实情境中解决问题打下了基础。九年级大部分学生能够做到课前预习,能够独立思考,具备在教师和小组交流中积极思考,但是仍有少数学生不具备基本的预习能力以及缺乏思考问题的条理性、深度、严谨性。
学习目标
1.通过预习检测,能根据汉语或英语熟练准确的说出对应的英语或汉语,为下一步写在扫清障碍。
2.通过观看视频调动了学生们说的积极性,为3a作好铺垫,让学生们有话可说。
3.通过拟出大纲,让学生理解本文的框架结构。
