It’s important for us teenagers to put what we’ve learnt into practice in daily life. In our daily life, our parents prepare everything for us. Sometimes we don’t know how to look after ourselves or solve problems around us. I’m facing the same problem.

【命题解读】
解题能力
01.找信息要快准：得迅速从文中找到题目要的内容，比如时间、地点、人物这些关键信息，这就要学会略读和扫读技巧。比如读一篇活动通知，题目问活动几点开始，就得马上在文中找到相关时间。
02. 会推理判断：不能只看文字表面，要根据文中线索猜猜作者没明说的意思。像文中说一个人总带着厚外套，即使天不太冷，可能就暗示这人身体不太好或者特别怕冷。
语言能力
01.词汇量得够：认识很多单词才能读懂文章，写作文时也能选对词。比如写“美丽”，除了“beautiful”，还知道“gorgeous”“attractive”等，根据情况用合适的。而且得懂单词在文中的意思，有些词可能有熟词僻义。
02. 语法句型不能错：阅读时要明白复杂句子的语法结构，写作时更要注意语法对不对。像主谓一致、时态一致，还有从句的用法，不能乱。多用不同句型，别老是简单句，让文章更出彩。比如用个定语从句 “I have a friend who is very kind.” 就比“I have a kind friend.”好。
阅读能力
01.看清文章结构：知道文章咋分段、开头结尾有啥用、咋一步步讲道理，这样能更好理解文章整体意思，回答和逻辑有关的问题就容易些。比如议论文，一般开头提问题，中间分析，结尾给结论，搞清楚这个，看文章就更明白。
02.能归纳主旨：读完要能用简单的话说出文章大概讲啥，这对回答主旨类题目重要，写作文时也能根据主旨找方向，不写偏题。比如读一篇讲环保的，主旨就是呼吁大家保护环境，得能提炼出来。
文化素养
01.了解文化知识：知道点英语国家的风俗、节日、价值观这些，读文章遇到相关内容能懂，写作文也能用上，让文章更地道。像写圣诞节的活动，如果知道西方咋过圣诞，就能写得更像那么回事。
02.有跨文化意识：心里想着英语国家的人咋想、咋表达，读的时候能理解他们的思维，写的时候能把中国的事儿用他们能懂的方式说清楚，促进文化交流。比如介绍中国春节，说清楚为啥吃饺子、放鞭炮这些习俗，别让外国人看迷糊。
【应试技巧】
阅读部分：
01.先看题再读文：先大概看看题目问啥，带着问题去读文章，找答案就更快更准。要是题目问细节，就重点找相关细节；要是问主旨，就留意文章开头结尾和每段开头结尾这些关键地方。
02.边读边标记：看到和题目有关的重要信息，像数字、人名、观点这些，就画个线或者圈起来，回头答题好找。碰到不懂的词或句子也标记下，先根据上下文猜猜，实在不行做完题再研究。
03.注意细节和逻辑：答细节题时，对比题目和原文要仔细，看清楚有没有陷阱词，像“not”“except”这些。推理题要在原文基础上合理推测，别瞎猜。比如原文说一个人经常锻炼，身体越来越好，那推理他可能更有精力工作，但不能说他肯定能当运动员，没这根据。
写作部分：
01.仔细审题：看清楚题目让写啥体裁，像书信、记叙文还是议论文，主题是啥，要写几点内容，还有字数限制。比如写书信，得注意格式，开头结尾咋称呼、咋署名；写记叙文，要把事情起因、经过、结果写全。
02.参考阅读文章：写作时可以学阅读文中的好词好句、语法结构和写作手法，但别照抄。比如文中用了“as busy as a bee”形容人忙，你写作文时说自己“as happy as a lark”表达开心，模仿着让文章更生动。还可以参考文章的段落安排，开头咋引入，中间咋展开，结尾咋总结。
03.检查语法拼写：写完多读几遍，看看有没有语法错误，主谓一致、时态对不对，名词单复数有没有问题，单词拼写有没有错，标点符号用得对不。也可以找同学帮忙瞅瞅，把错误改了，让文章更完美。

Reading a good book is a wonderful journey because the reader can live in someone else’s world for a while. The tour guide said he repeatedly warned the couple of great danger by standing near the crater, but Huang insisted on going closer because she had seen photos taken by her friends in the same place.
Huang had first chosen to take the photos about two to three metres away from the crater. Then she stepped backward, hoping to get closer to a tree behind her for a better shot. Unluckily, she reportedly tripped (绊倒) over the long skirt that she was wearing, losing her balance and falling off the cliff.
Indonesian police said Huang fell off a cliff with a height of about 75 meters high and was found dead at the scene.
