What do you think the saying “You are what you eat” means
The food you eat affects your health, your energy level, your mood and even your behaviour.
Therefore, in order to keep fit and healthy, you need to eat fresh and healthy food.

3. How do you understand the title “Cold Truths”
Cold food in the fridge can reflect the true eating habits or lifestyles of a person.
All the characters know their weaknesses in diet and lifestyles, but they can’t fix them for various reasons, which is sad but cruel.
Bad eating habits or lifestyles can bring about severe consequences to your health, which is a cruel fact.
