1 And now, how can I look back upon the impression left upon me by that walk under the waters Words are not enough to relate such wonders! Captain Nemo walked in front, one of his men following some steps behind. Conseil and I remained near each other, as if an exchange of words had been possible through our metal cases. I no longer felt the weight of my clothes, or of my shoes, of my air supply, or my thick helmet, inside which my head shook like a nut in its shell.

2 The light, which lit the soil thirty feet below the surface of the ocean, astonished me by its power. The solar rays shone through the watery mass easily, and consumed all colour, and I clearly distinguished objects at a distance of a hundred and fifty yards. Beyond that the colours darkened into fine shades of deep blue, and gradually disappeared. Truly this water which surrounded me was but another air heavier than the Earth’s atmosphere, but almost as clear.

The World Under the Sea
The world under the sea is a mysterious and fascinating place. It covers over 70% of the Earth's surface and is full of wonders.
There are many different kinds of ocean animals living in the sea. Some are tiny, like plankton, while others are huge, like whales. Coral reefs are colorful and beautiful, with all sorts of shapes and sizes. They are home to many fish and other sea creatures.
The deep ocean is especially mysterious. It's very dark and cold, and there are many creatures there that we don't even know about yet. Scientists are always exploring the deep ocean to learn more about it.
The sea is also important for our survival. It produces oxygen, regulates the climate, and provides food for many people around the world. We should take care of the ocean and protect it from pollution and overfishing.
In conclusion, the world under the sea is amazing and full of life. Let's explore and protect it together!
