Oshine was wild born but was taken from the wild when she was young. Her owner has kept her as a pet for 13 years. The family treated her like a human child by putting on clothes on her and feeding her a lot of food. To keep her busy and happy, they gave her sweets to eat. Because Oshine stayed in the house most of the time, she didn't have room to exercise. As a result, she grew larger and larger.
Oshine is so fat that she has difficulties walking. What's more, as she grew older, she began to be too difficult to keep in the house and was given a place of her own. After watching an episode of Monkey Life, her owner realized that Oshine should return to her companions and live a life as an orangutan rather than a human. So early this month, her owner sent her to a monkey center in England to help her lose weight. The center's workers say they will only give her fruit, vegetables and nuts to eat. They say they will also let Oshine meet other orangutans so she can play with them.

写作:
Dear Tom,
Knowing that you have trouble in losing weight, I would like to share my experience with you.
I used to skip breakfast and often ate junk food, which made me gain weight quickly. Also, I spent hours watching TV or playing video games every day, rarely doing any exercise. Realizing the harm, I decided to change. I started having a balanced breakfast with eggs and milk, cut down on snacks, and took up jogging for 30 minutes every morning. Gradually, I got back in shape.
Here are my suggestions for you. First, plan your meals with more vegetables and whole grains. Second, find an exercise you enjoy, like swimming or cycling. Finally, set a regular sleep schedule to help your body recover.
I’m sure you’ll get back to a healthy lifestyle soon.
Best wishes,
Li Hua
