Learning approach is the way a school subject is taught or the means/method somebody uses to learn about a school subject, e.g. note-taking, looking up information, doing projects.
My favourite school subject is geography. I can learn a lot about various countries, and what geographical features they have. The learning approach I use is visual aids. For example, I use a world atlas to find each country.

Confucius explains the connection of learning and reflection. Reflection is based on what we learned by thinking or by the results of applying our knowledge. Learning is only useful if we connect with what we have already known and what is useful for us. This reflection of any knowledge saves us from following any knowledge without checking its truthfulness and validity.
