What is your understanding of the saying “ Loose lips sink ships”
Something “loose” moves easily. So, loose lips move freely and release a lot of words — most likely in a careless way. If you speak carelessly (that’s the “loose lips” part) about private or sensitive information, someone could hear and use it to damage or ruin something important (a “sinking ship” is pretty bad).
The message: Be careful when you speak. Watch what you say.

Conclusion
Friendship should be one of the greatest things in the world.
However, sometimes it can be difficult. As a result, to maintain a good relationship with people around us, we are supposed to think first , and speak later.
Dear Agony Aunt,
I feel so terrible. One of my best friends shared his annoying experiences in a basketball match. His teammate didn't pull his weight, which made them lose the match. Disappointed by his behavior, he complained to me about what happened. I could totally understand him so I wanted to let others know his feeling and try to help him out. However, my friend thought I had a big mouth and made him embarrassed in his team. He even avoided talking to me at school.
