With Internet developing rapidly and 5G spreading quickly, people have got large information and convenience. But the pirate is getting so popular that books, videos, mobile phones, cars, or even food are possibly pirated. Therefore, protecting intellectual property is more and more important.
What can we do to protect the intellectual property Firstly, we should establish the consciousness about guarding intellectual property. Secondly, we should register the trademark or apply for patent in time. Last but not least, if finding any tort, we should deal with it at once, keeping intellectual property rights for the record and taking part in the patent review process or dispute procedures. Above all, we must make full use of the law to provide protection.
Personally, more must be done to regulate the market. Only with joint efforts can the intellectual property be well protected.
