Among all the gifts I have received, one that stands out is a telescope. When I was six, I went camping and watched stars. After noticing that I had a strong interest in stars, my father surprised me with a telescope, encouraging me to take up stargazing as a hobby.
So far, I’ve owned the telescope for over seven years. The telescope has brought me a lot of joy. It has inspired me to learn about space science. What matters most is that it has helped me find my life goal—to be an astronaut.
In short, I value this telescope because it not only has opened up a new world for me, but also has helped me have a calling to work in space. What a valuable gift I’ve received!
