Up to 65% of children don't get as much sleep as they should do, and this can make them nervous and slower at school, scientists say.
So how long should young people sleep each night The answer is between eight and ten hours. If you don't get enough sleep at night, you'll have less energy the next day.
But the scientists say many children have missed out on 4,500 hours of sleep by the time they are seven years old. They say that children miss sleep because they have TVs and computers in their rooms, and busy parents don't read to their younger children at night any more. The traditional "bedtime story" helps children to relax and fall asleep peacefully. Children with TVs and computers in their bedrooms were more likely to sleep badly, and to get less than eight hours' sleep. Even losing one hour's sleep a night can mean that children do less well at school.
German scientists think that your brain (大脑) keeps working while you are asleep. To show that they were right, they gave two groups of people a problem to work out. One group went to sleep, and the other group stayed awake. The result The people who slept worked out the answer more quickly.
This showed that their brains had been trying to find the answer while the people were asleep. So, make sure you get enough sleep tonight, and you'll be at your best tonight , and you'll be at your best tomorrow!

Depending on the underlying cause of your dissatisfaction, there may be several ways to increase your job satisfaction.
31.________ Changing your attitude about work won't necessarily happen overnight. But if you're alert to ways your view of work brings you down, you can improve your job satisfaction. Try these techniques:

33._______. "Reframing" can help you find the good in a bad situation. For example, you receive a less than perfect performance appraisal and your boss warns you to improve or move to another job. Depending on where you work, the silver lining may be attending continuing education classes, working closely with a performance coach and having the satisfaction of showing your boss you're capable of change.
34._______. Failure is one of the greatest learning tools, but many people let failure defeat them. When you make a mistake at work, learn from it and try again.
35.________.Gratitude can help you focus on what's positive about your job. Ask yourself, "What am I grateful for at work today " If it's only that you're having lunch with a trusted co-worker, that's OK. But find at least one thing you're grateful for and savor it.

Changing the entire world is an impossible task, but, here at BYUtv’s Random Acts, we believe change starts small, one person at a time. Here’ how you(yes, you) can change the world this Sunday.
__________
Think of a task that your loved one hates, and do it for them! As you can imagine, there’s nothing like having your bathroom cleaned for you or your clothes washed. Making the world a better place can be that easy. Anyone can do it!
__________
whether you’re shy or not, having a good conversation that connects you to someone feels great. So try to have a conversation this Sunday with someone you usually wouldn’t. It can be a volunteer, an elderly person, or someone who needs some help during a difficult time. If it makes you nervous, just talk to a friend you haven’t spoken to for a while.
__________
This Sunday, notice your surroundings. If you see something, do something. Too many times we notice someone has dropped something and we simply keep walking. This time. Help them out! Whether you hold the door for someone or buy a cup of coffee for the person sitting beside you, you will make a difference--or at least make that person’s day a little brighter.
__________
whether your talent is singing, giving good advice, cooking, or eating hot dogs really fast. Your talent is meant to be shared! You may not think your talent is that interesting, but repeat after us: Your talent makes the world a better place.
__________
It’s time to stop caring about what others think and hug what you love! Take Emmeline for example: She’s been in a wheelchair her whole life because of a serious disease, but that didn’t stop her from dreaming of becoming a dancer. With the help of her loved ones, her dream came true.

Is life for teenager today easier than for teenagers in the past
When I was younger, I was more responsible than today’s teenagers. After school, I had to do a lot of jobs at home. My parents were really angry when I didn’t do my chores. Today’s teenagers are lazier. They come home from school and then play computer games for the rest of the day.
