教材分析 第一单元对话呈现的是美国女孩贝蒂在家里制作西方传统食物的情境，呈现了与中国传统饮食文化的差别。针对不同的食物，Tony和 Daming表达了不同的感受，很自然的练习了本模块的语法--感官动词用法，反复练习了本模块的语法--感官动词用法。
学情分析 学生之前接触过感官动词，但不知其具体用法，个别学生会把形容词错用成副词形式，故本节课重在突破如何使用“感官动词+形容词”表达个人对事物的感受，借助本节课对话情境，通过听读对话内容完成相应任务突破以上难点。 本单元第二课时贴近学生的生活，通过上节课的学习学生对感官动词有了初步的了解，但学生的口语表达仍需多训练，用“感官动词+形容词”表达个人对事物的感受时，个别学生会把形容词错用成副词形式，所以要多做造句练习。
学教目标 通过本课时教学，让学生能够： 1.在语境中猜测意思并认读下列词汇: smell, soft, sour, sound, cookie, pizza, jam，lovely, have a try, sweet tooth。 2. 能够辨别不同感官动词和形容词所表述的内容，并能与图片准确匹配。 3. 通过听美国女孩贝蒂在家里制作西方传统食物的对话，能够准确运用相应的感官动词和形容词表述食物特征、简单表达主观感受。 4. 通过读对话，初步感受西方饮食文化并借助提示简述对话内容。 5.能够用正确的语音语调朗读对话，掌握重点知识点和句型，学会感官动词的基本用法。 6.能够正确运用“感官动词加形容词”这一系表结构描述对事物的感受和印象。

课后反思： 本节课是一节听说课，围绕feelings and impressions展开听说训练，目的是提高学生的听说能力。八年级的学生对很多事物有自己的感知，他们乐于谈论自己的感受，有利于教学活动的开展。为了进行高效课堂的教学，我的主要做法： 在听力环节，我先让学生读听力材料中会出现的单词，且学生对感官性系动词已有了一定的认知，学生听懂句子内容没有问题；再用补全句子的形式，捕捉细节信息，提高学生的听力水平。 在说的环节，我采用跟读模仿，三个人一组分角色朗读，和free talk的方式，让学生在较真实的语境中感知语言和应用语言，效果不错。在学习过程中，我尽量使用激励性的评价，鼓励学生积极参与。同时我也用建议性的评价，让学生能及时纠正自己的错误。精心设计板书，使重点明确，便于学生记忆。 不足： 由于本人有些紧张，个别语言组织不是很恰当，以后要多加锻炼；个别学生回答问题不够大方，在以后的教学中我要让学生更加自信，更好地展示自己。
作业： Finish exercise book unit 1 询问同学至少3个生活细节，问出同学对目前生活的感受。
