① a good way to do sth. 动词不定式做名词way的后置定语
e.g. Reading a good way to learn English.
阅读是学英语的好办法。
②wake up 叫醒;唤醒
后面跟人称代词作为宾语时,代词应放在wake 和up之间。
e.g. It’s time for school, so I woke him up.
该上学了,因此我把他叫醒了。

the number of ......的数量
当它与复数名词连用作主语时,中心词时number,谓语动词用单数形式。
e.g. The number of students in our class is 50.

【拓展】
must和have (got) to用于现在时,表示某事有必要或应该做。have to 较常用于北美英语,尤其是口语中:
e.g. You must be home by 11 o’clock. 你必须在11点之前回家。
I must wash the car tomorrow. 我明天必须冲洗汽车。
I have to collect the children from school at 3 o’clock.
我得在3点钟到学校接孩子。
Nurses have to wear a uniform. 护士必须穿制服。
【注意】
must是个人意志和主观上的“必须”,而have to是客观上的必须;must没有时态的变化,have to有时态的变化。
mustn’t意为“不能;不可以”。表示否定的推测“不可能”时,用 can’t,而非 mustn’t。
e.g. You mustn’t leave the gate open.
