Lu Xun was born in 1881 and he published the first vernacular novel —Diary of a Madman in the history of modern Chinese literature in 1918.
His article awakened people’s thoughts and pointed out the direction for the revolution. As a translator, he translated a large number of foreign scientific articles to introduce new thoughts to Chinese people. Unfortunately, he passed away in 1936.
