On April 13rd, ShiYan held the marathon in the city center. Thousands of runners got to the city
to take part in the exciting event. Let me tell you about my meaningful experience.
As a volunteer, I arrived there early in the morning to help. My main task was to hand out water
and cheer up for the runners. When the athletes passed by, I quickly gave them bottles of water
and shouted,“keep going! You can do it!” I try my best to provide the best service. Seeing the look
of joy on their faces, I felt proud.
I think this experience made a big difference to me. I learned the importance of teamwork and
