二、教材分析
【What】本语篇以游览北海公园为话题,向我们展示了一个真实情景:Lingling以导游的身份带领Tony和Daming游览北海公园,并对北海公园进行简单介绍。在对话中,Lingling介绍了北海公园的主要特征,而Tony在游览过程中对公园景观给予评价,同时对Daming提出的活动建议,表达了自己的观点。 【Why】课文以“游园感受—介绍公园—文明游园—合理计划”为主线,旨在引导学生能够听懂有关旅游经历和景点介绍的对话,掌握介绍风景名胜的相关短语和that引导的宾语从句,鼓励学生大胆发表自己的观点以及提出建议。此外,在旅游观光之时,还要学会做文明游客。 【How】该对话是典型的学生日常生活中有关度假的对话。课文首先呈现一幅北京北海公园的图片,然后以对话形式引入话题。三位学生的旅游经历对话用了一般现在时,涉及介绍景点及旅游经历的词汇,提出活动建议和表达自己观点的核心句型,如: “I’m sure it’ll be fantastic.” “I don't think they .... ” “I hope it will be....”。该对话内容贴近学生日常旅游经历的所思所想,易于理解,具有现实意义和教育意义。
三、学情分析
本课主题属于“人与自然”范畴,涉及“自然生态”、“旅游景点”等主题群,围绕游览北海公园的对话内容展开,让学生在了解北海公园的同时,学会如何去介绍 旅游景点。八年级的学生已有了一定的英语听说基础,也积累了关于假日旅行的相关词汇和文化知识,且话题与他们的日常生活息息相关,很容易引起学生的共鸣,激发学生的学习兴趣。但本模块涉及到that引导的宾语从句知识,学生需要从简单句的基本句型,逐步过渡到简单复合句的学习,这对他们来说有一定难度。

本节课基于英语课程标准、教材单元主题意义的探究和学情分析后进行教学设计,围绕“旅游和景点介绍”这一话题,通过微信对话、模仿朗读、介绍化州景点等一系列课堂活动,让学生了解北海公园的景色,懂得如何运用课堂所学介绍其他景点,培养学生欣赏名胜古迹和热爱祖国的品质。但同时,本课的整体教学设计还存在一定的不足,比如课堂小组展示不够,主题活动与目标语言的学习融合还欠深入。接下来,我将继续深度学习,不断丰富专业知识,认真围绕单元主题意义,开展和实施教学,引导学生逐步建构对单元主题的认知,发展能力,形成素养。
