【教学目标】
本单元课文通过描写了David的爱好，来让学生懂得如何利用爱好帮助自己成长。
1.能读懂关于爱好的文章并提取信息，能理解事件发生的顺序。
2.能正确使用as well as, such as, as a result等介绍同学的爱好。
3.能通过学习，了解不同民族的人有着不同的爱好，这与文化有关；引导学生培养良好的兴趣爱好，促进学生的全面发展。
【学情分析】
学生对于爱好这个话题非常感兴趣，也非常想知道自己的爱好是否可以得到发展，是否能让自己有所收获。

一、激情导入
1.听音乐写单词 老师播放音乐，学生把空缺的单词进行补充，并进行简单的跟唱。

1.spend...意思是“花费......”如果表示“花时间做某事”，用spend time (in) doing sth,介词in可以省略；如果要表示“在某物上花费时间”。则用spend time on sth.
e.g. Mike spends too much time on computer games=Mike spends too much time (in)playing computer games.迈克花太多的时间玩电脑游戏。
2.come out 意思是“出版，发行”，还有“显露”“传出”等含义。
e.g. When will your new book come out?
你的新书什么时候出版？

3.as a result 意思是“结果，因为”。
e.g. I got up late this morning ,and as a result ,I was late for school.我今天早上起晚了，所以上学迟到了。
4. be interested in 表示“对......感兴趣”。
