First of all,do sports with your friends or parents after school.

And then, read a storybook. And let yourself get lost in a good story. Research shows that reading can reduce(减轻) stress, keep your brain sharp and even help you sleep better. Everyone should spend at least 30 minutes reading every day.
Finally, use the smartphone to learn only when it’s necessary(有必要的). And remember to give the phone back to your parents after you finish your task.
