1、本单元以“holidays”为主线,功能是运用由while, when, before, as soon as, until等连接的时间状语从句对某个节日进行描述。

1、我们是乡村学校,学生的学习素质层次不齐,对各个国家的节日的了解也不很多。时间状语也是一个新的知识点,还不能很好的运用功能语言进行对话。
2、学生通过对本模块unit 1的学习,已掌握了一些谈论关于节日的词汇,他们渴望鲜活的语言材料,并且能够从中领悟到语言国家的文化因素。

本课在教学过程中我运用了多媒体课件,采用了各小组同号竞争的方式参与课堂,根据任务设计的难易程度选择不同学习水平的学生参与,每一个任务活动以直观的形式呈现,这样既调动了全体学生参与课堂的积极性,又体现了小组学习组内合作,组际竞争的课堂模式。
