课标要求 《义务教育英语课程标准》(2022年版)指出,学科核心素养是学科育人价值的集中体现,英语学科核心素养主要包括语言能力、文化意识、思维品质、学习能力。教师要准确把握教、学、评在育人过程中的不同功能,树立“教-学-评”的整体育人理念,在实施教学和评价的时候,教师要通过观察、提问、追问,以及合理、科学的测试方式收集学生学习是否真正发生的证据,及时诊断学生的问题,多通过自评、同伴评、老师提问和追问等方式进行评价,根据需要提供必要的支架和及时反馈,达成预设目标,以评促学,以评促教。
教材分析 本单元主要围绕“乡村生活”这一主题展开,该主题与课标要求的“人与自我”主题范畴中的“身边的事物与环境”,“人与自然”主题范畴中的“常见的动物”“动物的特征与生活环境”两个子主题密切相关。本单元展示了中国农家院和农场两处各具特色的场景,让学生通过观察和讨论图片内容、听农家院里发生的对话、阅读农场介绍等一系列活动逐步熟悉乡村生活环境,了解乡村生活,带着对乡村生活的好奇心与同伴谈论各种常见的动植物,表达对自然的热爱,感受乡村生活的乐趣,从而引发他们对多彩世界的向往和探索。Section B的引导性问题是“What is fun on a farm?”,该部分让学生阅读农场的介绍,了解农场的独特风貌和生活,然后尝试转述有关农场的所见所闻。学生通过观察、描述乡村生活环境,能够发现不同地域的乡村生活的异同。这样的对比展示有助于开阔学生的文化视野,激发他们的学习兴趣,促进他们对当代社会生活的了解。What:本课时的主要内容是谈论农场里的动植物,颜色及其数量。Why:通过本节课的学习帮助学生了解农场上的动植物,培养学生对自然和乡村生活的热爱。How:该部分的阅读文本是一段口头介绍,Han Lin向Peter介绍自己叔叔家的农场。为了让学生更直观地了解农场的风貌,教材还提供了与语篇内容相匹配的图片。Han Lin 对农场的介绍遵循了从整体到局部的叙事逻辑,他首先开门见山地指出图片展示的是叔叔家的农场。Han Lin 先谈到农场的面积以及占地面积最大的绿地。接着,他由远到近地介绍散落在草场四周的动物们,最后介绍农场的核心建筑物—叔叔的家。
