学情分析
本本单元是人教版英语(三年级起点)五年级下册第六单元,本单元学习的主题是询问并回答某人是否正在做某事,以及谈论在一些公共场所的行为规范。学生在第一单元已经学习过相关动词:do morning exercise, have..class, eat lunch, read book, listen to music,在第五单元也对公共场所的行为准则有所了解。同时本单元所学的行在分词也为六年级学习一般将来时做铺垫,起到承前启后的作用。本单元主要通过学习现在进行时,让学生更进一步地掌握现在进行时态的一般疑问句、特殊疑问句及其相应的回答培养学生日常的口语交际能力。学会用简单的祈使句,并会运用现在进行时态和祈使句进行对话交流。学会在公共场所应该遵守的礼节,涉及的主要句型有:What are they doing They are eating lunch. What's Chen Jie doing She is listening to music. Work quietly! Keep your desk clean. 其中教师在教学过程中要注意句子中的时间状语,这也是本单元的重点。通过主情景图导出大任务“Rules in our life”。本单元分为A,B,C三个部分,结合语用情景,设置了两个活动对接学习5个语篇内容。活动一:Do suitable things, 学习A Talk&Learn,理解动词现在进行时态;活动二:Follow the rules,学习 B Talk&Learn, Read and write, A Spell, C Story time,了解公共场所应该遵守的行为准则,培养学生的规则意识和批判性思维。

本节课是词汇篇, 主要学习5个现在分词短语, 根据图片, 音频, 书写等让学生从听觉、视觉直观感知本节课的核心词汇和句型,通过Chen Jie的一天。课文通过小学生日常生活对话。Amy 和Wu Binbin在谈论Chen Jie在7点半做的事情,学习陈洁在不同的时间段做的事情。引导学生要根据不同的时间,做正确的事情。通过语篇学习生词和句型,感受上述句型和词汇的语义和语用情景。
