I began to learn English when I was eleven. The first lesson really worried me because I didn‘t know what my teacher was saying.
Luckily, my best friend went out of her way to help me whenever I was in trouble. After one year’s hard work, I gradually got used to speaking English in the class.

If we compare our life as a big cake, then social customs should be the toppings on the cake.
