单 元 学 习 目 标 确 立 依 据 教材分析 本单元是陕旅版三年级下册第八单元，本课时是本单元第4课时，包含一个故事。主题是长颈鹿、绵羊、大象都有自己喜爱的食物，但不影响它们能成为好朋友，包含七个核心词汇leave, grass, short, tall, great, both, friend和两个核心句型I’m tall/short/great.和I can have leaves/grass.
学情分析 在第8单元三个课时学习之后，学生对本单元的核心词汇和重点句型也是非常熟悉。结合生动形象的故事，进一步巩固所学知识，用一组动物（长颈鹿和绵羊）它们所喜爱不同的食物，向学生们展示Every dog has its day. 不同的动物可以有不同的喜好，但不影响成为好朋友的道理。
学习 目标 1.能够听、说、认读：leave, grass, short, tall, great, both, friend 2. 能够在情景中理解、会说: I’m tall/short/great. I can have leaves/grass. 3.能够描述故事情节并进行展示。

What does a giraffe like What does a sheep like Listen and follow T: Listen to the tape and follow it. 设计意图：以两个小动物进行导入，并结合两个小问题进行提问，对故事进行大概的预测，最后听录音并跟读。 Look and say Read for the answers Listen and follow 看图片并选词填空。 边读故事，并寻找答案。 听录音并跟读。
Practice Read and act T: Work in a group of three. Read and act it out. Post-reading T: What can we learn from the story T: Friends can be different with us. Every dog has its day. 设计意图：以小组形式进行再现故事，并复习核心词汇和句型。 Group work. Post-reading 小组合作。 感情升华。
Homework 基础作业：模仿课文录音，跟读课文。 实践性作业：向朋友或家人讲述这个小故事。 拓展性作业：课外阅读一篇与动物相关的英文小故事。 Choose and do 学生选择性完成作业，及时巩固当天所学。
