第3讲　如何做到续写与原文高度融合
历年读后续写的原文都是引人入胜的好故事，或助人、或趣事或遇险，跌宕起伏，但都离不开情节线和情感线这两条线。而故事的发展、情节的推动都与这两条线息息相关，续写部分的情节线和情感线的发展应和原文两线一致，达到两“情”相悦。比如下面这个真题续写部分的情节线应围绕梅瑞狄斯太太和她的三个孩子帮助贫困家庭的伯纳德赚钱的故事展开，而情感线的体现应以“共情”和“高兴”为主。
【典例示范】
　　阅读下面材料，根据其内容和所给段落开头语续写两段，使之构成一篇完整的短文。
　　 The Meredith family lived in a small community. As the economy was in decline， some people in the town had lost their jobs.Many of their families were struggling to make ends meet.People were trying to help each other meet the challenges.
　　 Mrs Meredith was a most kind and thoughtful woman. She spent a great deal of time visiting the poor. She knew they had problems， and they needed all kinds of help.When she had time， she would bring food and medicine to them.
One morning she told her children about a family she had visited the day before.There was a man sick in bed， his wife， who took care of him and could not go out to work， and their little boy.The little boy—his name was Bernard—had interested her very much.
　　“I wish you could see him，” she said to her own children， John， Harry， and Clara.“He is such a help to his mother.He wants very much to earn some money， but I don’t see what he can do.”After their mother left the room， the children sat thinking about Bernard. “I wish we could help him to earn money，” said Clara.“His family is suffering so much.”
　 “So do I，” said Harry. “We really should do something to assist them.”
　　For some moments， John said nothing， but， suddenly， he sprang to his feet and cried. “I have a great idea！ I have a solution that we can all help accomplish(完成).”
　　The other children also jumped up all attention.When John had an idea， it was sure to be a good one.“I tell you what we can do，”said John.“You know that big box of corn Uncle John sent us？Well， we can make popcorn(爆米花)， and put it into paper bags，and Bernard can take it round to the houses and sell it.”

Meanwhile， John went to purchase some paper bags and put all the popcorn in place. After that， Mrs Meredith with her children， paid another visit to the family to tell them about the popcorn plan. Seeing the popcorn arranged in a basket， Bernard and his parents were overwhelmed with excitement and gratitude.
With everything ready， Bernard started out on his new business.

Although things were tight for everybody， Bernard’s business worked out amazingly well. Carrying the basket， he went door to door to sell the popcorn. Surprised to see such a poorly-dressed boy selling popcorn at their doors， people would buy one pack or two. On returning， he thanked the Meredith family with watery eyes.Later， every week Bernard could make some money by selling popcorn. It is love that makes the world go around and Bernard felt it deep in his little heart.

第一步　把握原文大意　明主旨和两线
文本
大意 在社会经济萧条的环境下，梅瑞狄斯太太和她的三个孩子帮助贫困家庭的伯纳德赚钱的故事。
原文
两情线 情节线：梅瑞狄斯太太乐于助人→孩子们听了伯纳德一家的情况→约翰想到了“爆米花计划”
情感线：caring，willing，helpful→sympathetic and eager→upset→excited
叙事意图 通过叙述一个助人为乐的故事表达人与人之间的爱、互帮互助和善行。
第二步　据两首句信息　确定续写方向
　　1.两段首句定一框
　　由所给的第一段首句中关键信息 “a good one”及所给的第二段首句中关键信息“everything ready”可知，本段可叙述“爆米花计划”的准备过程；告知伯纳德该计划；伯纳德一家对该计划的反应。
　　
2.二框二首正能量
　　由所给的第二段首句中关键信息“everything ready”和“started out on his new business”可知，本段发展方向应该是伯纳德开始“爆米花计划”，情节可以是特别顺利，也可以是开始不顺利，但在孩子们的帮助下克服了困难；由正能量结尾可知，最终爆米花都卖出去了，伯纳德赚到钱补贴家用。
第三步　原续两“情”相悦　合理添加细节
　　1.两“情”相悦
　　续写部分情节线的走向：梅瑞狄斯太太乐于助人，伯纳德接受帮助→实施“爆米花计划”→双方得偿所愿
续写部分情感线的走向：激动→感激
　　2.添加细节
　　(1)动作细节：续写第一段添加孩子们取出叔叔送的玉米，准备纸袋的动作细节，呼应原文伏笔。
　　(2)情感细节：刻画伯纳德一家的激动、感激的情感时，尾句可描写伯纳德的心理活动，升华主旨。
第四步　沿原语言特点　完美连贯表达
　　原文利用简单句、并列句、非谓语动词和主从复合句，描写动作、对话和社会环境，故续写部分可沿用原文特点。可利用after that， later， on returning， although恰当过渡衔接。

　　“Why she let out my secret？ Why she did that to me？” I vividly remembered that day when I was confused at the knowing looks which everyone gave me. That terrible experience was imprinted(铭刻) on my mind. I couldn’t forgive the person with whom I had shared my secret. She lost all my trust and friendship.
　　
Five years back， Sally was a new addition in our class. I don’t know what but there was something sticky about her that attracted me towards her. She was the most friendly person I knew. We started as classmates but after a few months we were like best friends. We did homework together and dreamed of going to the same university one day. We hung out and went to the movies on weekends. That was a sweet time.
Nevertheless， I couldn’t expect such an enormous betrayal from her. I didn’t know what made me tell Sally about my personal life. I felt much regret to myself. She exaggerated(夸大) the matter， added her own
spices to it and made it the hottest topic in school. It was like someone had stabbed a knife in my back. After she revealed my secret， everyone at school started laughing at me and gazing at me wherever I passed. I was like a pond in which someone had thrown a stone and it had been spilled up. It was the most embarrassing time I had gone through. Soon afterwards， I left school and shifted to another one， because I thought no one had the right to laugh at me. Sally called me many times but I didn’t answer. My heart was broken because the person whom I trusted most cheated me.
　I made efforts to remove the scar from my heart. I started a new life， leaving all the bad memories behind， because they made me a person who often thought about the past experiences. Five years later， with the life going on， I made new friends and seldom thought about the past.

After getting through， I sincerely apologised to her.She said softly， “Never mind.We are good friends.” I was in tears， guilt and joy.At that moment， I wished it had not happened.I wished time could go back and I could overcome my mistake.From that I got a lesson in life that we should learn to trust our loved ones， because a little mistake can lead us to ruin what we should value.Trust is the foundational principle that holds friendship.Trust is also the easiest thing in the world to lose.We need to be open and trust our friends.
